It happened to me once. They sent me someone else box. I reached out to them and they sent my box and told me to keep the one I already had. The customer service was great.
It looks like you got someone else’s box and a few of their add-ons. I hope your box is coming. Did you talk to customer service? I chose the perfume oil and I added-on the water bottle in my box. I agree the perfume oil doesn’t smell like strawberries, but I do like the scent. TFS
I hear you . I got a shipping confirmation before my box came and there was a bunch of random items in there. I was like, what the heck? Was I charged for these? Nope. I guess they added extra random things because I joined and paid for a year subscription. Yet nowhere in my account did it mention any of these extras. Everything else was what I selected though.

You and Ca$$ie Thorpe make me so jealous of curly hair girl club. I don’t know how you guys make your curls look so good. You guys should collab on a hair video I swear! ❤❤❤ Sugared and Bronzed is the best spray tan I have ever gotten. Hopefully you have that chain by you so you can experience the most modern version of that experience. They have a great user interface on their app. It is easy to reschedule or cancel and the monthly membership includes free face spray tans so you never have to wear foundation all summer! ❤
Did you buy the extra box this season? I bought my personal box and then I also bought the 59.99 spring box in add ons. I just filmed those 2 boxes and my extra add on box is identical to this box. My personal box was correct and I received all of my other add on items too at least.
I *dont think* I did 😂 but I better double check my CC. I definitely didn’t add it on, but that doesn’t mean something didn’t glitch somewhere if this is identical to the add-on box.
Go check my FFF playlist, I released my influencer box nearly a month ago, and I got my personal box. I pay for two days ago, I’m still not sure what this is 🤷♀️
I have had many issues - very disappointed with FFF been subscribed since 2019. I have a yearly subscription. I work surprise surprise. I had my break only 20 minutes into my customization. They were already out of everything except 2 items i really wanted I wasn’t going to settle and just pick things i really didnt want or need or even gift I contacted customer service, asked for credit back was told that was not an options. At christmas I know i placed order for the advent box and it never came and then i called them to ask if I placed the order they said no so i replaced the order and still did not receive it I will say i was not charged. So with all that i will be cancelling my yearly subscription after fall.
That makeup bag. $68? Nope. FFF sticks in that cheap bag. And yes it’s a cheap and ugly bag. I don’t care what the webpage says. 😂now FFF can claim the value was way over what you paid for the box. Glad I watched this I was going to join. Not now.
The Stoney clover brand is really expensive because they normally have the “jersey” style patches you buy to personalize them. It’s a boojee brand. I do not think it is worth that price, but from Stoney creek it is high dollar. I think it is popular with the older teen crowd.

Just a suggestion, I use a wine bottle rack to store my Starbucks cups and insulated bottles. Work great 😊
I gifted the Too Faced palette to my friend for Christmas a couple of years ago and I think she loved it. She absolutely adored the Peach palette.
