That beautiful beach morning walk was perfect with my cup of coffee. So glad that you had some great finds this week, several beauties! I think your WYDI is a pendant.
I'm so glad I came across your video, where you found the lady's gold ring a year ago. You are awesome, hope you find lots of treasures! Sincerely, a new subscriber from Pa. 🩵🧡💜💙
The ring with the 15 in it is a quinceañera ring. It's a ring a girl gets when she turns 15 which signifies her becoming a young woman. It's a Spanish tradition.
Love your channel and watch every episode you do. As a fellow beach detectorist of 30 years in the UK I am curious to know- if you were to give a top 3 of beach hunting tips - what would they be?
I would say, learn your beaches. Know the usual currents, swells and how items get moved around that way when conditions are just right you know exactly when and where to go. Hunt beaches that have a lot of visitors or had history that would cause items to be there. Lastly, understand what beach structures are caused by sand movement. Rips, troughs, scallops, holes, sandbars, etc... I hope that helps!
Not sure what sanded in means but thanks for the response. I also noticed you use beach 2 in one of your videos is that you’re go to setting fot the beach. I have been using beach 1 here on Long Island.
Hey Jim, thank you for another enjoyable video. Do you ever use headphones? I love hearing your towns on your videos but wonder how you hear the faint ones with all of that outside noise. Bill
Hey Jim Newbie here I just bought the same machine and I want to know if you give tips on using the nox 900, thanks in advance your videos are amazing !!
I think people who feel the need to say any thing negative towards anyone else should be pitied because they are not capable of doing what the person they are bullying is doing!!!!! Don't let the Klinger's get you down!!!!!!
Good hunt. Hey I want to thank you for letting me know where to get some good parking on 17 th. Street I got there about 7:30 am and had no problem getting a spot. I found a nice new truck and some coins on Huntington Beach. Thanks maybe if I ever make it back here again I’ll get to meet you. Again thanks and good hunting. And the US Open was fun to see also
Good evening Jim. You had a pretty good day out there.😊that emerald and diamond gold ring is beautiful. 😍😍 Emeralds are my favorite stone. I have a family heirloom ring with 25 Emeralds. I can’t wear it, too fancy for this farmer. 😂😂😂 I would dig it, that bling hoop earring. ? 😊
Hello Jim & Haley Awesome finds today. Love the Emerald flower ring, beautiful find. WYDI guess is a silver ring. Have a blessed rest of your week and weekend. God Bless.
Great finds! Jim, how many hours do you spend on the beach in a day/week? I hunt 2-21/2 hours a day but maybe only 8 hours a week. It does take time to find the goodies!
I really like watching your videos. That larger 15" coil changes the way you should look at things and you have that down pat. Your swing style is textbook pure in my mind when you get into a patch of finds in a good find area. Living over 1,500 miles away in the dead center of the Country makes me wish I could walk those beaches myself. I have to live vicariously thru channels like yours to remember what could have been when I was there in the mid to late 80's and didn't have a detector with me. The haters just don't know what they are doing with their machines!
Such a great video. Hailey looks amazing. I’m recovering from a herniated disc. I’m 58 just picking up my groceries. My husband has been helping me. Thank goodness. Great finds. Beautiful emerald ring. It’s so fun watching what you’ll find. 👍👍👍 take care xo 💋 to your Hailey wishing her a happy recovery. ❤️🩹
I sure wish I lived near a beach ⛱️ I would be there daily, Great hunt fellas Fun Fun, to think your finding rings and chains where the water is during the day makes sense why your out there at low tide
Great finds! The ring with the 15 on it is a quinceanera ring (where the Hispanic cultures celebrate a girl's 15th birthday). They usually get some type of jewelry and a big party to mark the occasion.
watching you for a little over a year- and my teenage Grandson and I decided to get metal dectors- we are detecting my farm which goes back to the late 1700[s we are starting this fall- we are doing the hay fields after they are turned over - he loves history so it will be a great thing to do as a grandma and grandson- can't wait to see what we find
The 15 on the ring was a "quinceañera ring a mexican celebration of a girl's 15th birthday, marking her passage from girlhood to womanhood; the term is also used for the celebrant herself. The quinceañera is both a religious and a social event that emphasizes the importance of family and society in the life of a young woman.
Nice finds Jim. Glad to be back watching your videos. Thanks. Peace from Ohio.

Hi Jim! That 6 stoned emerald diamond ring in 14k. I lost 2 weeks ago. Laguna beach. We were staying at the Casa Lome Beach Hotel.

Hey Jim, thank you for another enjoyable video. Do you ever use headphones? I love hearing your towns on your videos but wonder how you hear the faint ones with all of that outside noise.
Bill
I always use earphones! I cannot hear those faint tones without them!
@@funwithjim Hey Jim you fooled me. So how is it that I hear your tones on your videos?
Hey Jim Newbie here I just bought the same machine and I want to know if you give tips on using the nox 900, thanks in advance your videos are amazing !!
Run all metal and learn to hear good tones that sound like iron, as deep items could sound like iron but they are being masked by mineralized soil.
