A viewer commented on our flosstube (2 Crossed Stitchers) thay we should come watch you, and I am so glad I did. I have binge watch your entire series. I have been quilting for 10 years and restarted cross stitching last fall. I never knew I could learn so much about turtles and its fascinating. Your stitches are amazing and I need to learn to finish more. Jeannie is my spirit stitcher. Lol. I've enjoyed watching you and almost feel sad that now I will have to wait. You have kept me occupied during my stitching time for a couple weeks. Can't wait to see more.
Thank you for watching, Aimee! Glad you enjoy our videos. I will check yours out, too! We are doing our next one on Thursday so you don't have to wait too long😂
Thanks for sharing your stitching and quilting projects and your haul from the birthday road trip. I had to pause and write down the names of the shops you stopped at. I’ve been to JJStitches and that is a wonderful shop. I always enjoy turtle tidbits, fascinating creatures. Happy Easter,! 🐰 🐣🐰
Another fun flosstube LeAnn and Jeannie! Jeannie you are a fast cross stitcher. I tend to be slow and it takes me forever to complete a big project. Loved the turtle tidbit LeAnn.
Another fun video! Beautiful finishes Jeannie! Great wips gals and your haul, always fun to see others haul and what they love. Turtle tidbit was fascinating. Had no clue how turtle eggs functioned and how long til hatch. Can’t wait to see the babies. Happy stitching to you both!
Wonderful video!! Jeannie, the Ink Circles reindeers looked so good on that petite point fabric!! And I loved the story of why there was not a red nose! Priceless! Leann, I find the turtle tidbits fascinating! That was so cool to see the baby in the eggshell! Hope to see more of their journey. You both have such good color sense. Love the hexi combinations. Happy Easter! ❤
I just found your channel and I am so excited. In fact, after watching your first video or I should say your latest video, I have subscribed and I am going back through your other videos. I am most excited about the fact that someone does Aida Stitching. It is hard to find videos where someone is using Aida. I love the looks of anything done on linen, but I just cannot do it. Especially when I have to count the spaces before I start the next stitch it’s just too small too hard and I guess my brain at the age of 82 does not want to learn Anything that intricate. The smallest I have stitched on so far is 16 count but now when I am seeing how things look on 18 count, I think I am going to start using 18 count. Also excited to hear that you can now get dyed 18 count. So thank you both for these wonderful videos.
Oh gracious, a month is too long to see what you girls have been up too! Loved all the FFO’s, WIPS, travels, and haul! You two get so much accomplished, plus bathroom remodels! So exciting to see those baby turtles growing!
It was great to hear about and see your beautiful projects! The birthday trip sounded like so much fun. Thanks for sharing with us! Your video with the tortoise eggs was wonderful. I love learning about them. It reminds me of Minn of the Mississippi that I read to my children back in the 90's. It was all about a snapping turtle and the river. Thanks for taking the time for your channel as I always look forward to it!
So good to see you again. Another great video. I loved seeing LeAnn's Smith Sampler start. I have started that one too. Thank you for the turtle tidbits. Fascinating. Wish I had friends to go on a birthday shopping trip with. You two are lucky to have each other. Happy stitching. Best, K
I live in Ontario…we should have snow and cold with gradual change to spring. My daffodils are up six inches. Tulips, crocuses and hiacynths are up a couple of inches. I bet we get a snow storm at the beginning of April that affects this and our fruit from Niagara. I always say hooray when I see there is a new video from you two…thank you. Loved the candling video. If I went shopping with you two I would spend a significant amount because I like what you both get. Oh the bird fabrics!
Good to see you two ladies. Jeannie, sure wish I was as talented and fast as you, great job. LeAnn always good to hear about the turtles. Was good to see your birthday trip hauls. Sounds like it was fun and love, love all your haul. Always excited to see you two. Happy Easter!
I love seeing your stitching and quilting. I get so excited when your video comes up I can’t wait to get the Turtle tips it’s so fascinating. Your trip to all those shops sounded so fun would love to have someone to do this with. Wishing you happy crafting.
Oh my goodness, my name came up for Jeannie's purple flamingo bag, yea!! I will send LeAnn an email with my mailing info. Sounds like you ladies had a very fun productive birthday trip with all the shops you visited and of course all your new acquisitions. 😊 I always enjoy seeing & hearing about the different things you are working on and the candling video of the turtle egg was amazing!
Jeanie, you are my finishing hero!! I need to model myself after you! I found some 18 count Fox & Rabbit aida on Kitten Stitcher’s online shop. I didn’t think they ever had aida. Was a nice surprise. In central Texas we have already had two 90 degree days. Way too early!!
We are already in our spring thaw roller coaster weather, that's for sure. We got to the '50s last week, and then over the weekend and yesterday, another 3-4" of snow, after we had nearly gotten rid of it all! I'm DONE!
I’m catching up on some of your back Floss tube videos. On the Welcome Quaker sampler does it have any over one? Thank you for the visit today. I love seeing what you ladies are stitching.
I sell them to help me with the cost of helping other sick turtles that people bring me. It gets kind of expensive when I have to take them to the vet.

Weather, it probably is a good thing we can’t control it. It sure gives us something to talk about. Thanks for watching.
I’m catching up on some of your back Floss tube videos. On the Welcome Quaker sampler does it have any over one? Thank you for the visit today. I love seeing what you ladies are stitching.
I think the sloes were the berries (blackthorn) on the pheasant and sloes pattern.
Thank you for that info! We didn't know!
I recommended y’all to the 2cross stitchers
Thank you Teresa.
What is the name of your scissors? Love your videos
They are called “Twiggy” distributed by PLUS Corporation of America.
I really enjoyed your video and especially liked the turtle tidbits. What do you do with the hatched turtles?
I sell them to help me with the cost of helping other sick turtles that people bring me. It gets kind of expensive when I have to take them to the vet.
Are the eggs laid on top of each other in the nest in the wild?
Yes. They are laid next to each other and on top of each other.
