Thanks bro, it Worked...for those this didnt work for, you probably using an iphone, i noticed the iphone version of the app doesn't have SMS feature so get an android phone to fix it.
I needed to follow the APK Pure link to install, google play insisted that I cannot install the app. I did find another version of the app that play store did let me install but it did not have the SMS functionality. One from APK Pure worked perfectly, thanks!

Hi I’ve gone through this process but I stilll can’t delete my messages The app still states that my inbox is full but doesn’t show me any Icon to delete nor the messages. It basically just states “no conversation”
@@HovatekTV I’ve solved it. Apparently the Zte link app has some bugs or and needs fixes for its iOS version. Per another RUclips video I watched, I was advised to use the app on an android device and it worked.

Is your Mifi a ZTE-made MiFi? Are you running the app on Android?
The ZTE Link app in my App Store looks different than yours, it does not have the sms button on top. It is version 5.4.2.
