Hi Sunny.. that's a great question... When I buy bread from Costco (bulk), its expiry is typically two weeks away form the day I purchase. One loaf goes in the freezer immediately and one stays in cool area in my cabinet pantry. Since we typically run through bread in 2-3 weeks time, I dont have much to remember. Summer is the time when i have to be mindful because warmth and humidity may lead to mold growth even before its expiry. so if there is heat wave forecast, I put bread in fridge, but trust me fridge bread does not taste as good as counter top stored bread. In past i have used bread past it's sell by date, if I stored it in freezer before its sell by date and never had issue of it being bad. I am not saying you do what I do, just sharing what I have done sometimes. Hope this is helpful
Unopened almond butter can stay on counter (pantry/somewhere cooler), but opened one should be refrigerated, because of the the oily layer on top.. it can easily go rancid especially if your house is in the warmer side.. HTH
Hi Pari👋 I chop them and sauté them along with onions and tomatoes or subzi or even for tadka daal.. I also use them in coconut chutney or when I’m making green smoothie 😊
I was looking forward to you posting 😊 please do make longer videos, it’s very enjoyable to watch. Like you I too am a pro at hiding snacks. They stay in the kitchen but kids are clueless where I kept them and keep searching 😂 great video as always
Hi Ammu👋 thanks a lot🙏🏼 we all have learnt this ‘art of hiding snacks’ from the experts themselves (our mothers/parents).. we always find new spots when our old spots get discovered 🤣.. I didn’t realize you and many others like linger videos.. will see if I can make longer ones😊
Hi Rajni👋 Thank you for watching my videos! Yes I do a lot around the home, but I have OCD regarding cleanliness and how food is prepared, so I keep those chores to myself 😬😔boys do help but they don’t like me to record them or mention about them in my videos☹️
@@lifeadmin365 sorry mam, I noticed in some of videos u mentioned the help done by your boys. It went unnoticed to me as you do a lot of work on ur own. I seriously love the way u manage every thing so easily. Appreciate ur hardwork.
Hello.. yes buns will (about 80%-90%, depending on how hard you pressed to remove air)… thaw them out for at least 4-6 hours and let them come to room temperature & warm up in damp paper towel in microwave for 10-15 sec) and they will be good to go!
Glass jars are the best! I worry about microplastics leaching into my food when I use plastic storage containers.
Me too.. I try to glass jars/containers as much as I can..
You can use plastic lids for mason jars - available at Walmart
Thanks for the recommendation Swati 😊 I will look into it

Almond butter in fridge? I have not done that before? Do we have to? Is it a unopened one?

@@lifeadmin365 yes please do make longer ones. Maybe sometimes you can directly talk when you cook instead of voiceovers.
@@amuu7 thats a great suggestion... I not sure if i can speak without saying 'umms', or 'aaaa' or anyways🤣🤣Will give it a try though

Hi Deepti ji , as usual full of information and time saver,,🙂. I just wanted to know will the buns take their shape back after they thawed?
