Im only 15 and my hairline is already receiding plaus i have a bold spot and the back if my head the. Problem in my age that you can't really do anything about it because we don't got the money and that a lot of teens are just like me
Just shave it all off and do maintenance shaves every 1-2 days. Yeah there's finasteride and minoxidil (ONLY works for the crown of your head) but you have to take and apply them everyday forever and if you stop you'll lose the hair gained. 1 in 5 men using finasteride experience erectile dysfunction, loss/decrease in libido, heart palpitations, impotence, swelling of body, and abnormal ejaculation due to blocking the NATURAL hormone DHT. Most of the time it's reversible when you stop taking fin but some have experienced permanent side effects. Your body creates DHT for a reason and needs it. It the same for women who take birth control which elevates their levels of progesterone and estrogen and then they gain a lot of weight, have mood swings, sore breasts, nausea, etc. Once you start taking products that alter/block your bodies natural hormones you are asking for trouble. There's also hair transplants but a good one from a reputable doctor will start at around 8k and you'll never have the true fullness/thickness of your original hair then on top of that you still have to take fin ,use minoxidil, and derma roll to maintain the transplant. In addition you typically need more than one transplant session to get a decent density and once you do go bald (you will eventually) you'll have a huge ugly scar on the back of your head or tiny white scars all over if you do a FUE transplant. I'd say just love yourself, be happy with who you are, shave it, and move on. I know it sucks now but once you do it and move on you'll look back and think about how stupid the whole situation was. At the end of the day though do what makes you happy. If you got the money to blow and want to take body altering medication for the rest of your life, more power to you!
@@woutpost It took less than 1 minute to type out and edit. Not much effort or dedication at all. Maybe for a middle schooler it would be. I wrote the message because if your watching a video about hair loss in your 20's you either 1) in the process of losing it, 2) have family genetics that give you a predisposition to male pattern baldness, or 3) curious about male pattern baldness. As a young guy our looks is our most valuable asset until you get older and financially stable thus most men who are in the 20's and are losing their hair have a hard time dealing with it and become self conscious and or depressed. As someone who has been through it and dealt with the emotions and done a lot of research on medications, topicals, and hair transplants I like to share my knowledge and to let my fellow 20 somethings know that it's not that big of a deal and everything will be okay.
This statement is completely invalid. Around 1% of subjects experience symptoms of sexual dysfunction while using oral finasteride. This is based on several clinical studies.

Not really. Testosterone is needed for muscular growth in the first place. But it’s largely genetic factors that determine whether your hair follicles will be sensitive to DHT (a breakdown product of testosterone), something which is beyond your control. Using anabolic steroids could lead to hair loss though.

Thanks for the message but can i ask you why you put so much afford and dedication into writing this message
I'm impressed
The "shave it off bro" mentality does not work for me.
I would look like a goblin witch hybrid with a peanut head.
Finasteride and minoxidil work, the rest is skeptical
27 still have my original hairline thank goodness. But I did find some white hairs at 26 that my plight.
Honestly.. this us a pretty good video.. thanks José

@chi 🍃 how old are you now and how is it going?
Sorry to hear. I think some day I will have the same struggles but I hope that it will lasts until my 40s. Now I am 22 and have a lot of hair on my head, but take a look on the men in my family doesn’t make me optimistic to keep it.
Does Copenhagen work on African American hair?
Good question I want to know this as well we need certain products for our hair type.
A legend of RUclips 🔥
Damn i started balding at 13/14 and started shaving it bald when i turned 18 now im 19 still bald lol 💯i like the bald head better than hair tbh
My dads bald too and a couple other guys in my family to so its gotta be genes
@@007-IIII In my family there are two bald persons, my uncle and my grandfather. My father has thinning hair but still enough to have a good look of his hair when you stand in front of him. Just from above you can clearly see it. My other grandfather has empty spots here and there but not so much. I‘m 22 right now and have a lot of hair, but I‘m sure it will slowly change when I enter my 30s.
I tried buying this product
But it keeps declining, I even verified it was me who is purchasing it through my card, but no it keeps declining! Please give me any tip on how can I make this work! I recently turn 22, noticed my hair is falling.
In my case it's not Dht ...
It's low Vit D and low ferritin.

And how exactly should we cure hair loss ?
is it normal if you’re 17 and starting to lose hair?
I think it's genetics, because when my dad was around age of 16-17 he started to lose hair, and I'm 17 now, and I started as well
I shaved my head more girls find me attractive. I’m only 18. This was my best decision

How can I fix my hairline 😔
Wait! So muscles can make you lose hair? I'm 26, and started working out at the age of 23.
Not really.
Testosterone is needed for muscular growth in the first place. But it’s largely genetic factors that determine whether your hair follicles will be sensitive to DHT (a breakdown product of testosterone), something which is beyond your control.
Using anabolic steroids could lead to hair loss though.
Testosterone.
