What the hell, this is so relatable. When I said I'm going to diet, my parents says "No, what are you talking about. You're just fine like that, who says you fat?" And when I'm eating, they said "Aren't you going to diet?"
Healthy? She cut her food in half and still ate 3 meals a day. That's just simple calorie restriction and yo-yo-dieting. She should have trief fasting instead, where you eat your normal amount just in concentrated times like our ancestors that would have been better
@@nikki1242 she got the result she needed and she reduced the calories where's the problem ? yes it is healthy cuz she ate nutritious foods like eggs fruits and vegetables ....
She said she cut the calories in half, just ate half of the food she normally would eat daily. Therefore she lowered her daily calorie NEEDS because your body adjusts to those fewer calories. And now if the diet is over and she wants to eat NORMAL again (I don't think that she wants to be on a diet her entire life) than she will slowly start to gain back the weight and even more because she now eats MORE, even though it is the normal amount like before the diet, because her metabolism slowed down. She can eat all kinds of healthy food but this effect will still be there. It is not stopped by "healthy" food and nutrition. That is also important and good of course but not on a daily calorie restriction. To keep the weight you would have to eat less like that your whole life because that's what your body is programmed for now. That's why I said interval fasting or fasting in general would be better (she says in her video that she didn't want to do that because she wanted to keep eating 3 times a day) but fasting doesn't have that kind of effect on your body and still reduces your calorie intake. You have to see calorie restriction WEEKLY or MONTHLY not daily. This is all backed by science and studies and doctors. Of course you can do what she did and you WILL lose weight (mostly muscle) but that's not worth it. I am just writing my opinion down, nobody needs to accept that but now you've read this once and you are informed. All these asian videos on weight lost are build like this one and that's dangerous I think. People will start to mimic the diet to go from 60kg to 40kg (which is not a healthy weight for people around 160-170cm).
People usually only show us their results and don’t tell us their failures, but this is so relatable. Dieting has been trial and errors for me this whole year, and my dieting journey has been similar to yours. The struggle is real! Thank you for giving me hope and inspiring me. Thank you for sharing with us! I'm also struggling with losing weight ever since 2013. I was 90kgs at my heaviest (I know that's a shocking weight) and then I lost 32kgs by 2015 and it was the unhealthiest moment in my life. I basically counted every gram of food & calories I ate, exercised a lot and totally restricted myself from eating any sorts of junk food. That made me kinda lose my sanity and made me really depressed even though I was at my goal weight. Fast forward to 2020 (now) I gained back 15kgs due to lots of 'catch-up eating' from all the junk foods I restricted myself for the past few years and again I was depressed cos of the weight gain. So about 3 weeks back I decided to lose weight again but this time I promised myself to eat the 'healthier' way, kinda similar to yours cos that's when I learned that losing weight is not just about restricting yourself from all those foods you love. Just gotta do portion control and eat everything moderately, exercise about 4-5x a week. I found out yesterday at my weekly weigh in that I lost 1.5kgs so far after 3 weeks of healthy dieting. I still have a long way to go as my goal weight is 58kgs. So I'm really happy to see your weight loss journey and it really helps & motivates me! Sorry for the long post, just wanted to share my personal experience as a person who struggles for so long with losing weight. Lots of love from Malaysia!
The problem with me is I feel so bad having so much leftover foods and I keep thinking about those people who can’t even afford to put something on their tables. Whenever I tell my mom not to cook too much, she would feel bad and say that she won’t cook at all since we can’t even appreciate her efforts. And I would in return feel bad as well. I wanted to get rid of my extra fats and my family says I don’t look fat and I should love the way I am. The problem is I really try to embrace all my flaws but whenever I look at the mirror, all I can see is my big belly and arms and it really hurts me when some of my skinny friends point it out. I always take these things as my motivation to reach my goal but my family is holding me back. I hope that they will just support what I do.
well you can talk with your mother about this-my mom was like this too when i started but she understood-, she would understand that health is the most important thing, also you can reduce meals n if you cant reduce the portion in each meal, for example give up dinner, like dont eat after 7 pm for example, i actually work for me and alot of people around me. also moving is a key, if your family says that u look okay means that you only need to work out so that you tighten your muscles, i would recommend choe ting and emi wong challenges, cause personally they worked for me and i enjoy them, good luck, just think about it as having a healthier life style it will make you feel better
as someone who used to not be able to afford food and sometimes has months where it happens again, im the same way. every time i have nothing to eat, the next time im able to get food again, i end up eating all of it even if it makes me sick because when i cant afford food again, i ALWAYSSS think about those little leftovers i throwaway when i do have food. your friends are not good friends if they bring you down that way. sometimes learning to love yourself does require exercise and dieting, but not because you're trying to lose weight, but because you're taking care of your body to feel energized and good from the inside out. i hope you're feeling better these 9 months later, and if not, i hope you do feel better one day. it takes a lot of time.
I save the meal in the fridge so I can eat it the next day and it won’t be wasted, same if I go to a restaurant and I can’t finish it. Don’t force yourself to finish if you are already full, there is always a solution. And you can tell your mom that you’ll start cooking for yourself if she doesn’t agree with your diet. Sorry for my bad English.
Just found this video while searching for something to eat tomorrow. Anyway, I also lost 22kg already from 72 to 50kg and the most important thing while having a diet is eat three meals a day. I used to eat once or twice a day (due to my master study, I rarely eat regularly). And, reduce your salt, oil, and sugar intake is the most important one! Stay healthy everyone :)

I eat carbo (used to mix white and red rice) only once a day (either during lunch or dinner). - change my sugar to diabet sugar (cause its low in calory) and also salt (change into low sodium salt). - use minimum amount of oil (I use only for pann-grilled and I think I consume 500ml oil for 7 months?). - eat a lot of veggies and fruits - still drink coffee though (I like having my latte. but during the first three month, I only drink americano. after that, I make my own latte using low fat milk) - if I craving for drink something sweet, drink cola zero (which is a rare occasion) - craving for noodles? make it by yourself using shirataki noodles. - do not cheat! for workout, only did 7 minutes workout for almost 5 months. then, adding more workout as the progress is getting slower.
Best tip, “filler”/empty carbs” are just that; non nutritious filler (white rice, soda, fruit juice, white bread) This is basically low carb, and people who gain easily are most likely carb sensitive And water water water We can’t tell if we’re hungry or thirsty, but we’re so used to grabbing snacks instead of water

What I really loved about this is, this is the same thing I learnt a month ago after constantly trying different diet plans that always failed. What I learnt that fit me the best was to eat nutritional foods, just half the food my mom made (Indian food), and add the salads or fruits, however if there are times I feel like eating something like cookies or cake, I would eat it moderately, a slice or half of it but first have water to see if I really wanted it. What I did before was eat healthy or even restrict then when cheating days came I ate so much, even if it was 1 minute before midnight I would stuff a lot of (for example) chocolate in my mouth, then still eat bad for another 2 days after, which wasn't helping, and I would bloat and then other things came along such as feeling guilty it was like a domino effect. Now I'm so happy that I found my method and this video helped a lot.
WOAH I FEEL YOU INSANELY WELL AND I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND AND OH MY DAYS THIS REALLY HELPPSSS, knowing someone completely knows, like i started eating healthier, just better food choices - no insane diets or anything i felt was too much, i just ate better foods and more timely, i was also going to the gym i had my cheat day as friday, and that worked well (all praise belongs to God) but then the unhealthy food trickled into saturday, and so on and so forth, until i kinda lost motivation and school started kicking hard so time became less, i just dropped it really, i think better eating habits can help a lot, even without gym? i dont know if you *need* to go to gym/exercise to lose weight, or if its possible only with the diet :0 thank you though anyway

평생 이렇게 먹긴힘들어요.. 아시다시피 다이어트식단도 돈이 있어야하죠..과일, 요거트, 닭가슴살.. 돈 꽤나 들어요.. 제가 한 방법은 세끼를 먹되 밥 양을 반으로 줄이는거예요.. 물론 간식은 먹지말고 모든 음식은 6시전에 다 먹어야해요.. 그리고 땅끄부부 다들아시죠? 그거 30분운동 매일했죠.. 모든운동은 땀이 나야합니다..스트레칭이나 요가 이딴거 하면안됨..ㅋㅋ 어쨋든 남들보다 속도가 느리지만 한달에 꾸준히 2킬로 감량으로 현재 45키로 유지중이예요.. 51부터 시작했거든요 머..다들 바쁘지 안잖아요.. 평생 내가 이렇게 살아도 살땜에 스트레스 없이 살겠다 하는 방법으로 가야지 단기간에 빨리 빼면 머해요.. 음식먹을때마다 다시 살찔까봐 두려움갖고 살아야하는데

저도 3개월 동안 8키로 감량하고, 그 이후 약 1년동안 유지어터인데요. 진짜 저랑 비슷하게 식단 하셨네요. ㅎㅎㅎ 이제 다이어트에 대한 강박도 없고, 음식에 대한 강박도 없고, 자유로워요. 사실 술도 좋아해서 2주에 1번씩 술도 미친듯이 마시고 안주도 미친듯이 먹고 있는데 2-3일 정도 식단 신경쓰고 운동 하면 곧바로 다시 몸이 돌아오더라구요. 이제 정말 평생 살 안 찌고 강박없이 살 자신이 생겼어요 ^^
this diet is great! its filled with filling and nutritious meals and it seems like theres barely any preservatives or additives in the food which is a big player in gaining weight!

다이어트 초반 점심 - 일반식 (집밥), 양은 반으로 아침, 저녁 - 다이어트식 조금 지나서 아침, 저녁 - 단백질 요리 위주 그대신 다이어트식 점심 - 집밥이긴 한데 단백질 위주 다이어트 중반 점심에 먹고 싶은 음식 먹기! 양조절을 필수로 하고 간식 금지, 배고프면 물 마시기 그러다가 못 버티겠으면 조금씩 간식 먹기 탄단지 지키기!
I think the hardest part for me is to get into the habit of planning my meals and actually making them, I get lazy and just end up eating bread in the morning and rice dishes at night, I live at home and I don't like using kitchen to cook because my parents always get judgemental about what I'm making, and how I try to strictly stick to a meal plan instead of eating whatever they cook :( it's just so discouraging, and I also have crazy cravings too everytime i start a diet, so I suppress too much and end up binge eating and then throw up after... it's really bad

For the first time I’m seeing a Korean girl going on a healthy diet. I’ve seen many of these videos on YT where Korean girls are literally starving themselves and have such unhealthy ways of losing weight.

Rice was the only calorie dense food she was eating and it wasn’t a lot, you shouldn’t go on a diet, it’s a lifestyle. Once you start eating healthier you have to continue if not well you’re gonna gain all the weight back

I like your final balanced approach. For some reason, when we eat things that give us pleasure... we tend to extend that experience, hence eat more of it. So, a key negotiation with yourself is have that thing you love to eat, but how about 1/2 or 1/4, but have it. Merci for your share!

Your videos are literally the BEST weight loss advice videos ever, you motivated me so much, thank you for also including all the steps to show that what I thought was the right dieting method at first, turned out to be bad, and the final way that helped you is so perfect that I can do it for the rest of my life😍😍So I guess what I'll try to change now is to eat a healthy breakfast and dinner(which isnt hard cause I never even have them which is bad ik 😅) Then eat what I want for lunch but eat in smaller amounts, I really hope this works because it can literally turn into a lifestyle!!😍😍😍Thank you so much again!! Another thing is that, I’m a filipino and it is a norm for a Filipino family to eat rice in every meal cuz when you’re not, your parents would tell you that you’re not eating healthy or right. It’s hard to explain to them that rice isn’t everything.

Binging is common after deprivation (like you’re on a diet that feels like a punishment). It’s good to find healthy foods you really like and enjoy or learn the art of moderation, like in the video, or both. You can have what you want IF you learn to control the amounts. I was the same way and you’d be amazed how much easier it is to manage once you learn to not over indulge and find healthy foods you can honestly be excited about eating. Half the battle is mental. I had the same journey . From exact 70kgs to 49kgs. I feel so good, fit , healthy & happy now. I do intermittent fasting & dieting atleast 5 days a week. I drink 4 litres of water every single day. I workout on regular basis. Now it has become my Lifestyle to stay healthy .
This is such a healthy way to lose weight! First of all, no excessive restriction (for example 600 kcal a day or so)!! And also the fact that you still let yourself enjoy the foods you love, just smaller portions of them (hopefully you enjoy the healthy food too though, it looks delicious :D). Also your pace with losing weight seems totally fine (20 kg in seven months is about 2.8 kg per month, which is good). This is a good and balanced diet, most likely with long-term success.
Yeah I agree the binging is really harmful, I slowly lost 3kg over a period of a month and a half only to gain it all back after eating whatever I wanted for a week.

I needed this right now. I work out every day but still can't seem to lose the extra 20 pounds I want to lose. I tend to lose like 7-10 pounds and then I bounce back up again. I know this is because I overeat on snacks. Like if you give me a box of cookies, I will finish the entire thing and I'm back where I started. Your video really inspired. It's amazing how much weight you lost.

저도 52kg에서 49kg까지 다이어트하다가 한번 53kg 최대 몸무게를 찍고나서 정신차리고 음식양을 줄이고 먹고 싶은 건 다 먹고 스트레칭, 기초대사량 늘려주는 운동을 했어요 😊 그랬더니 위도 조금씩 줄어들고 식욕도 줄어들어서 적게 먹기 시작했어요! 덕분에 53kg→47kg으로 내려갔답니다 😊 다들 하실 수 있으세요! 힘내시길 바랍니다!
You’re not the only one who feels like this regarding the loss of appetite, I too feel this way. I eat, but not a lot because I quickly feel full. It might be that the stomach shrinks.

если вам все еще интересно, то говорила, как 1 раз в неделю ела все, что захотела, но один раз это затянулось на 3 дня. Потом она снова начала питаться 3 раза в день, после поняла, что можно есть все, что хочется, только не переедать. Так и избавилась от пищевой зависимости. после, начала увлекаться бегом и потеряла еще какое-то количество веса
꾸준한게 진짜 중요한거 같습니다 작심3일이 아니라 저도 뚱뚱해서 스트레스 받았는데 건강한 다이어트식단에 체지방버닝제, 그리고 하루 1시간씩 운동하니 주변에서도 변했다고 놀라워하더라구요 ㅎㅎ
저도 체지방 버닝제 먹고 있는데 이것 때문인지는 모르겠지만 허리 둘레가 줄긴 했어요 ㅎㅎ

Healthy? She cut her food in half and still ate 3 meals a day. That's just simple calorie restriction and yo-yo-dieting. She should have trief fasting instead, where you eat your normal amount just in concentrated times like our ancestors that would have been better
@@nikki1242 she got the result she needed and she reduced the calories where's the problem ? yes it is healthy cuz she ate nutritious foods like eggs fruits and vegetables ....
She said she cut the calories in half, just ate half of the food she normally would eat daily. Therefore she lowered her daily calorie NEEDS because your body adjusts to those fewer calories. And now if the diet is over and she wants to eat NORMAL again (I don't think that she wants to be on a diet her entire life) than she will slowly start to gain back the weight and even more because she now eats MORE, even though it is the normal amount like before the diet, because her metabolism slowed down. She can eat all kinds of healthy food but this effect will still be there. It is not stopped by "healthy" food and nutrition. That is also important and good of course but not on a daily calorie restriction. To keep the weight you would have to eat less like that your whole life because that's what your body is programmed for now.
That's why I said interval fasting or fasting in general would be better (she says in her video that she didn't want to do that because she wanted to keep eating 3 times a day) but fasting doesn't have that kind of effect on your body and still reduces your calorie intake. You have to see calorie restriction WEEKLY or MONTHLY not daily.
This is all backed by science and studies and doctors.
Of course you can do what she did and you WILL lose weight (mostly muscle) but that's not worth it.
I am just writing my opinion down, nobody needs to accept that but now you've read this once and you are informed. All these asian videos on weight lost are build like this one and that's dangerous I think. People will start to mimic the diet to go from 60kg to 40kg (which is not a healthy weight for people around 160-170cm).
main point: eat everything you want but in less amount so that you can fulfill your craves and loose weight
People usually only show us their results and don’t tell us their failures, but this is so relatable. Dieting has been trial and errors for me this whole year, and my dieting journey has been similar to yours. The struggle is real! Thank you for giving me hope and inspiring me. Thank you for sharing with us! I'm also struggling with losing weight ever since 2013. I was 90kgs at my heaviest (I know that's a shocking weight) and then I lost 32kgs by 2015 and it was the unhealthiest moment in my life. I basically counted every gram of food & calories I ate, exercised a lot and totally restricted myself from eating any sorts of junk food. That made me kinda lose my sanity and made me really depressed even though I was at my goal weight. Fast forward to 2020 (now) I gained back 15kgs due to lots of 'catch-up eating' from all the junk foods I restricted myself for the past few years and again I was depressed cos of the weight gain. So about 3 weeks back I decided to lose weight again but this time I promised myself to eat the 'healthier' way, kinda similar to yours cos that's when I learned that losing weight is not just about restricting yourself from all those foods you love. Just gotta do portion control and eat everything moderately, exercise about 4-5x a week. I found out yesterday at my weekly weigh in that I lost 1.5kgs so far after 3 weeks of healthy dieting. I still have a long way to go as my goal weight is 58kgs. So I'm really happy to see your weight loss journey and it really helps & motivates me!

The problem with me is I feel so bad having so much leftover foods and I keep thinking about those people who can’t even afford to put something on their tables. Whenever I tell my mom not to cook too much, she would feel bad and say that she won’t cook at all since we can’t even appreciate her efforts. And I would in return feel bad as well. I wanted to get rid of my extra fats and my family says I don’t look fat and I should love the way I am. The problem is I really try to embrace all my flaws but whenever I look at the mirror, all I can see is my big belly and arms and it really hurts me when some of my skinny friends point it out. I always take these things as my motivation to reach my goal but my family is holding me back. I hope that they will just support what I do.
well you can talk with your mother about this-my mom was like this too when i started but she understood-, she would understand that health is the most important thing, also you can reduce meals n if you cant reduce the portion in each meal, for example give up dinner, like dont eat after 7 pm for example, i actually work for me and alot of people around me. also moving is a key, if your family says that u look okay means that you only need to work out so that you tighten your muscles, i would recommend choe ting and emi wong challenges, cause personally they worked for me and i enjoy them, good luck, just think about it as having a healthier life style it will make you feel better

as someone who used to not be able to afford food and sometimes has months where it happens again, im the same way. every time i have nothing to eat, the next time im able to get food again, i end up eating all of it even if it makes me sick because when i cant afford food again, i ALWAYSSS think about those little leftovers i throwaway when i do have food.
your friends are not good friends if they bring you down that way. sometimes learning to love yourself does require exercise and dieting, but not because you're trying to lose weight, but because you're taking care of your body to feel energized and good from the inside out. i hope you're feeling better these 9 months later, and if not, i hope you do feel better one day. it takes a lot of time.
I save the meal in the fridge so I can eat it the next day and it won’t be wasted, same if I go to a restaurant and I can’t finish it. Don’t force yourself to finish if you are already full, there is always a solution. And you can tell your mom that you’ll start cooking for yourself if she doesn’t agree with your diet. Sorry for my bad English.

Just found this video while searching for something to eat tomorrow. Anyway, I also lost 22kg already from 72 to 50kg and the most important thing while having a diet is eat three meals a day. I used to eat once or twice a day (due to my master study, I rarely eat regularly). And, reduce your salt, oil, and sugar intake is the most important one! Stay healthy everyone :)

- eat 3 times a day (do not skip this!). I eat carbo (used to mix white and red rice) only once a day (either during lunch or dinner).
- change my sugar to diabet sugar (cause its low in calory) and also salt (change into low sodium salt).
- use minimum amount of oil (I use only for pann-grilled and I think I consume 500ml oil for 7 months?).
- eat a lot of veggies and fruits
- still drink coffee though (I like having my latte. but during the first three month, I only drink americano. after that, I make my own latte using low fat milk)
- if I craving for drink something sweet, drink cola zero (which is a rare occasion)
- craving for noodles? make it by yourself using shirataki noodles.
- do not cheat!
for workout, only did 7 minutes workout for almost 5 months. then, adding more workout as the progress is getting slower.
In which time frame did you lose 22kg?

What I really loved about this is, this is the same thing I learnt a month ago after constantly trying different diet plans that always failed. What I learnt that fit me the best was to eat nutritional foods, just half the food my mom made (Indian food), and add the salads or fruits, however if there are times I feel like eating something like cookies or cake, I would eat it moderately, a slice or half of it but first have water to see if I really wanted it. What I did before was eat healthy or even restrict then when cheating days came I ate so much, even if it was 1 minute before midnight I would stuff a lot of (for example) chocolate in my mouth, then still eat bad for another 2 days after, which wasn't helping, and I would bloat and then other things came along such as feeling guilty it was like a domino effect. Now I'm so happy that I found my method and this video helped a lot.

평생 이렇게 먹긴힘들어요.. 아시다시피 다이어트식단도 돈이 있어야하죠..과일, 요거트, 닭가슴살.. 돈 꽤나 들어요.. 제가 한 방법은 세끼를 먹되 밥 양을 반으로 줄이는거예요.. 물론 간식은 먹지말고 모든 음식은 6시전에 다 먹어야해요.. 그리고 땅끄부부 다들아시죠? 그거 30분운동 매일했죠.. 모든운동은 땀이 나야합니다..스트레칭이나 요가 이딴거 하면안됨..ㅋㅋ 어쨋든 남들보다 속도가 느리지만 한달에 꾸준히 2킬로 감량으로 현재 45키로 유지중이예요.. 51부터 시작했거든요

I think the hardest part for me is to get into the habit of planning my meals and actually making them, I get lazy and just end up eating bread in the morning and rice dishes at night, I live at home and I don't like using kitchen to cook because my parents always get judgemental about what I'm making, and how I try to strictly stick to a meal plan instead of eating whatever they cook :( it's just so discouraging, and I also have crazy cravings too everytime i start a diet, so I suppress too much and end up binge eating and then throw up after... it's really bad

I like your final balanced approach. For some reason, when we eat things that give us pleasure... we tend to extend that experience, hence eat more of it. So, a key negotiation with yourself is have that thing you love to eat, but how about 1/2 or 1/4, but have it. Merci for your share!

Your videos are literally the BEST weight loss advice videos ever, you motivated me so much, thank you for also including all the steps to show that what I thought was the right dieting method at first, turned out to be bad, and the final way that helped you is so perfect that I can do it for the rest of my life😍😍So I guess what I'll try to change now is to eat a healthy breakfast and dinner(which isnt hard cause I never even have them which is bad ik 😅) Then eat what I want for lunch but eat in smaller amounts, I really hope this works because it can literally turn into a lifestyle!!😍😍😍Thank you so much again!! I was the same until i trained myself food is a necessity that doesnt have to be enjoyed remember that
Binging is common after deprivation (like you’re on a diet that feels like a punishment). It’s good to find healthy foods you really like and enjoy or learn the art of moderation, like in the video, or both. You can have what you want IF you learn to control the amounts. I was the same way and you’d be amazed how much easier it is to manage once you learn to not over indulge and find healthy foods you can honestly be excited about eating. Half the battle is mental. I had the same journey . From exact 70kgs to 49kgs. I feel so good, fit , healthy & happy now. I do intermittent fasting & dieting atleast 5 days a week. I drink 4 litres of water every single day. I workout on regular basis. Now it has become my Lifestyle to stay healthy .
How many calories did you eat
This is such a healthy way to lose weight! First of all, no excessive restriction (for example 600 kcal a day or so)!! And also the fact that you still let yourself enjoy the foods you love, just smaller portions of them (hopefully you enjoy the healthy food too though, it looks delicious :D). Also your pace with losing weight seems totally fine (20 kg in seven months is about 2.8 kg per month, which is good).
This is a good and balanced diet, most likely with long-term success.

Yeah I agree the binging is really harmful, I slowly lost 3kg over a period of a month and a half only to gain it all back after eating whatever I wanted for a week.
저도 다이어트하면서 많이 느꼈던 점은 다이어트는 정말 자신에 맞는 운동을 꾸준히 하고 식습관을 확 바꾸지 말고 천천히 건강한 음식을 늘면서 자기가 좋아하는 초콜릿, 사탕 등도 가끔 먹어도 된다는 것을 느꼈어요. 음식에 대해 지나치게 억제하면 정신적 건강에 안 좋은 영향을 끼치더라고요. 그래서 정말 자신의 정신 건강과 신체 건강을 챙기면서 다이어트를 해야 합니다! ^^ 영상을 잘 봤습니다! 무엇보다 건강은 제일 중요하기 때문에 효쀼니님이 제일 좋아하던 몸상태는 빨리 다시 찾으실 수 있으면 좋겠어요!!

I needed this right now. I work out every day but still can't seem to lose the extra 20 pounds I want to lose. I tend to lose like 7-10 pounds and then I bounce back up again. I know this is because I overeat on snacks. Like if you give me a box of cookies, I will finish the entire thing and I'm back where I started. Your video really inspired. It's amazing how much weight you lost.

저도 52kg에서 49kg까지 다이어트하다가 한번 53kg 최대 몸무게를 찍고나서 정신차리고 음식양을 줄이고 먹고 싶은 건 다 먹고 스트레칭, 기초대사량 늘려주는 운동을 했어요 😊 그랬더니 위도 조금씩 줄어들고 식욕도 줄어들어서 적게 먹기 시작했어요! 덕분에 53kg→47kg으로 내려갔답니다 😊

если вам все еще интересно, то говорила, как 1 раз в неделю ела все, что захотела, но один раз это затянулось на 3 дня. Потом она снова начала питаться 3 раза в день, после поняла, что можно есть все, что хочется, только не переедать. Так и избавилась от пищевой зависимости. после, начала увлекаться бегом и потеряла еще какое-то количество веса
