That thing looks perfect! I’m a retired Army Infantryman and I also restore vintage Military Vehicles. I started when I began my tour on Recruiting Duty in 1993 and after 31 MV’s the last one was done in 2010. I mention all this because I’ve owned and restored 4 M-561’s, they were all in good shape and the engines were in excellent order which made the work mostly superficial. One of them required some serious effort but the price was too good to pass up at $1,500 in 1998. I lived in Klamath Falls, OR then Eureka, CA and Pt. Mugu NAS, CA over near Oxnard, CA. So if by some weird chance you got one of my former vehicles, that would be freaky, lol. One day I got the bright idea to drive the Goat on a 45 minute drive to work at LA MEPS in 98 and all on the freeway, I made it there and home in one piece but never again. I can highly advise that when you go on longer drives with the Goat to stop every 45 minutes and tighten the lug nuts (3/4” socket) so a wheel doesn’t come off and pass you on the road. If this does happen, just take one lug nut from the other wheels to re-secure the wheel and continue the trip. God I wish they had power steering for that thing, lol.
the_snoo_muffin I would say so if you're looking for something that feels and looks like the real thing. I have no intentions as using it as an airsoft.

Paint job looks great!
I prefer the A1 duckbill (3 prong) flash-hider look tho
You have any idea what tint he could have used to paint the M16?
@@paulovitor9388 He does say he used a medium grey. I would say matt finish.
dude thats sick
How did you do the paint job? It looks really good! Also it looks like there’s a bit of weathering on it too.
I saw a similiar video and a gray car primer will do the trick apparently
I used a can of Rustoleum Automotive Primer Dark Grey for the finish.
change the butt stock for a E1 and change the dust cover for a A1 model and this gonna be perfect ;)
Which tint did you used to paint the lower and upper?
Be sure u put silicone oil in the little screw off cap on the propane adapter or your mags are gonna start leaking and your gun isn't getting lubed
Vinil acetate finish ? Stock
Do you live inside an APC?
I wish, it's an M561 Gama Goat.
@@wsucougarx awesome
Would you say this gun is worth it?

wsucougarx What would you say about the quality? Did any parts wear or anything after use?
the_snoo_muffin I haven’t used it in any capacity. It’s just for a static display more than anything.
I wonder if a internal upgrade kit in steel exist for this to enhance FPS & recoil with a Co2 Mag..... ?
for $390 USD you can order a Marushin M16a1 : ruclips.net/video/Rs2zGnMFYGs/видео.html
