Cracking video, the format works really well, with you being so tight to the rear wheel of the riders you really get a chance to see how they are positioning there body for the various features. Another aspect I really like is it also gives some really good clues as to how you are reading the trail ahead of the rider with some of your line choices.
Thanks Rob, yes being able to follow that close the top riders in the sport definitely brings a higher value to my channel. Hard to do but it's cool I think!
@@remymetailler totally agree. It would be awesome if you can do some more tutorial vids but using the pro riders your going out with to do the drops with you explaining the technique. But well done your channel is doing well 👍😀😀😀😀👍👍👍
Remy I love how you narrate the videos, and especially love hearing you get stoked and hooting as you ride, because if Remy is stoked, WE (the viewer) are really stoked!
I love your videos. Your genuine excitement heightens as you get closer to the edge, and I get excited just watching. Your skills are awesome and you seem to be able to ride right at the edge without going too far.
Love these!! Great follow cam! This takes so much skill to stay just behind perfectly. Nice job Remy! Love how Kirk sets up for corners. Great trails!!
Sick! So cool seeing world class riders on these trails at high speed, having fun and taking cool lines. Especially cool because you are on their wheel so we can see their unique style, line choice etc.
That trail looks very much my style (though my 800 bars might need a trim first)! Definitely adding that to my Pemberton bucketlist. Also, Kirk's endo turns are savage.... if I could get mine half that good, I'd be stoked. Damn, you guys kill it!
More Pemberton! Trails look amazing! And also Kirk is super fun to watch. Maybe next time you can sometimes swap positions and give him your gopro so we can see you riding as well?
Sweet stuff, always a good pedal to any quality trail in Pemberton. Love the trail choices, way to get after it, always full gas and gnarly lines!! Cheers Remy!!!
The skill you guys have is a pleasure to watch! I love this vid and all the others. Will you be having some variety in the future? As in, desert, high alpine, etc ? Might be interesting:) keep it up!!🔥🔥
Thanks for sharing! Awesome trails, amazing riding. It is great for video quality's, but I am surprised that you can follow him so close, there is no time to react! It looks like you had to copy his moves
For sure! Being so close, my reaction time is not ideal so it makes it very hard. I can't ride much like I would alone, I have to adapt! That's blind racing pushed to the max :)
How about a Fromme mission? Upper and Lower Oil Can to Lower Crippler and Lower Digger is turning into one of my favourite laps. Would love to see how riders much better than me ride it!
Great vid Remy! You really want to make us ride this trail! You ride so well, its a shame we can't see your riding to learn from! Any chance of having one of your fast friends filming you at times?
Love the #trailpreview vlogs thanks. Can you tell me what model Devinci and what wheel size Kirk is riding? I have been thinking my next bike might be a Devinci Troy for general trail riding similar to the video. Thanks / Merci.
Thanks! I do compete some select event, mostly urban downhill. I do not like the pressure of racing. I hate it. It's really hard. The level is very high and you got to push really hard to perform. I ride for fun and when I have fun I ride well. I find I'm always struggling when the clock is on. I ride super tight and I don't enjoy it. I'm very happy doing what I do right now, so no desire to change it and to race.
@@remymetailler I completely understand, I can't perform wel when the clock is running and most important I do not enjoy riding when racing. Some people are made for racing and others not. Keep your channel going!
Hi Rémy, nice video that for sure...but this one have a lot a stabilisation problems, what do you think? Maybe you can use some gimbal or try another camera, no? Anyway, thanks for share this video: i'm loving it!
Dave Butch i'm surprised because the footage are actually really stable... remember that we ride at top speed on a rough trail. My bike is a 150/160mm travel. Kirk has podium at Crankworx and 15th at World Champs this year and I follow him meaning we go much much faster than the average rider. The stabilization is on but at the speed we go the Gopro can only do so much. As of today there are no other cameras on the market that compete with it.
@@remymetailler Yes i know and i saw in all your videos: really faster riders on trails; nothing to say to the rider, love your style!! The video is really good, but there're some parts (maybe the faster of that trail i think) where the gopro it's not enough for your riding style!! For a better quality Why don't you try some gimbal? or maybe are you sure about the gopro, have you never tried the DJI camera? Anyway it's not a critique, i repeat: i love the videos, and thanks for that!
Dave Butch as of right now the Gopro is the best. If you use a gimbal you use a lot of feeling from the trails. It also gets on your way when riding gnarly trails aggressively. The gimbal usually messes up a few times at this speed. If I was riding slower it will work fine. Not at this speed for a full trail. I have ordered a new one. Will see!
@@remymetailler Thanks for the reply, and also for the suggestion, will see for sure: cannot wait for it! Ok, but sorry: are you using the last GoPro, right?
Wow it took a while to update, but this is my favourite Trail Preview so far! What do you think?
Instagram: @remymetailler
Why don't you compete in the enduro World Cup?
Mutantes Racing Team Downhill i hate pedalling uphill and struggle on the long downhill.
All your vids are good. My fav of this recent group is “Live Like Lisa” aka Stimulator.

Been watching this over and over. I really love Kirks style, throwing the bike around and sliding all over the place. You can tell he’s having fun. 🤙

Awesome video Remi, I love watching Kirt ride. Would be awesome if you could do another angle or explanation of his endo turns!
Such a great looking trail. I hope to ride out there some day. BC looks amazing. Stellar job following so close to that guy. He is fast🤪
Kirk shreds, keep'em coming
That bottom run was nice
Super good Video and super good combination of Riders

Is it just me who thinks he sounds like klaus from American dad? Great vid!
Another great video! When are you going to do Treasure Trail?
I should go back there. It's very dark though.. gopro will struggle..

You should come down to the shore and ride Ladies Only. I’d like to see how you handle the skinnies
Skinnies... we will see, maybe with flat pedals when it's dry!
sick!
Was this in November? Or what month?
Yea 1st !!
Have you ridden Overnight Sensation?

More kamakazi cyclists you guys are crazy but it looks amazingly fun but at my age I think I will stick to hiking.
Too much pedaling. I just want to see the down.
I also hate pedalling... but that is trail riding.
