    Thanks for sharing this. I am training in Taekwondo too,my coach told me I have a strong kick but still I can't win due to focus so much on power and strength make me least precise ,I will try my best to train on my precision when execute any attack I hope it will works.Thanks.☺️

    Another thing we can add is many people typically only kick at one range. People try throwing body roundhouses in clinch range as well as outside the pocket

      Plus usually people at my school go for body kicks and not many head kicks

    My apponent comes running towards me with great speed in axe kick and do axe kick again and again on me so what will I do in this condition at sparring

    Amazing video as always. Have a tournament coming up so I fully need to get on point with my sparring. Been sparring for a while at my school but this is my first big event. Any tips for
    tournaments specifically?

      Like when doing ``tornado kick`` the other person always hits my knee or a part where the shin guard doesn't protect. Another one is how to safely get into the clinch.

    Any tips to win against bug opponents? I'm a yellow belt,been training for about 6 month,this is my second event aftrwr Winning the first one,and I know,I will be facing higher belts than me,do you have any tips that I can perform?

    The PUSH is used in WTF ONLY!!!!!!!!!
    NOT IN ITF if that happens PLEASE SLIDE a little to behind and do any kick
