Thanks for sharing this. I am training in Taekwondo too,my coach told me I have a strong kick but still I can't win due to focus so much on power and strength make me least precise ,I will try my best to train on my precision when execute any attack I hope it will works.Thanks.☺️

Another thing we can add is many people typically only kick at one range. People try throwing body roundhouses in clinch range as well as outside the pocket

Amazing video as always. Have a tournament coming up so I fully need to get on point with my sparring. Been sparring for a while at my school but this is my first big event. Any tips for
    tournaments specifically?

Try your best to be relaxed and do the things you have confidence in. Enjoy the moment that`s what you trained for.

Like when doing ``tornado kick`` the other person always hits my knee or a part where the shin guard doesn't protect. Another one is how to safely get into the clinch.

      Use footstep to dash sideways.
Push them with side kick/"back leg side kick if possible"
Get close before they get their legs up/clinch em. "A great way to stop aggressive players"
Block and swipe their leg to the side by doing upper block "with both hands, one hand isn't going to work" and counter "if you want to score point"
