There is no solution, you can't run 2 4G network simultaneously. Plus 4G network drains battery fast, so you won't want such feature.

Ranjit, you forgot to mention that none of the market available phones have dual antennae. It's a single antennae capable of catching all the frequency, 2g,3g,4g., and both the sim actually share the antennae.
Data connection always takes up maximum bandwidth. So,it's coded in such way, the sim dedicated for data is assigned to the highest band possible, i.e. the 4g band.
Any operator, who has 2g or 3g spectrum, always tries to use the 2g spectrum for voice, as it's the cheapest.
2g spectrum, can carry voice signal and some data signal, where the data is converted to analogue(voice) signal. 3g can carry both voice and data, where voice will be sent in analogue mode and data on digital mode. In 4g, both data and voice are to be sent in data mode.
VOLTE phones has a dedicated hardware in its chip which converts the voice into data, and can be send over 4g network without further processing. Those without VOLTE, use the main processor of the phone, to convert voice to data mode. But this data cannot be directly send over 4g band. So, the app(Like JIO4G VOICE) send this data to another server over Jio network, using phones data connection, where it is processed and passed to the calling number. Thus phones without VOLTE, always need active data connection to make our take calls.

If u don't want to use jio cellular data but need to know who is calling to ur Jio number.Then,just go to settings and forward all calls(when unreachable i.e.,
when u toggle b/w other sim cellular data) from jio to other sim...

Why is it so?Are you planning to buy,if so the battery life is great but the phone has some issues as well(read the reviews on Flipkart specially the negative one's & note down common issues & not so much) also see the postive side as well if you can live with the problems faced.
If you can extend your budget till 25,000 get MotoZplay or else get Redmi Note4.

I have the lenovo p2 with nougat. the phone is just brilliant. the battery life is best as always, in fact I noticed it to be better after the update. performance is even more smoother compared to marshmallow. everybody complained about the diminishing speaker output, but that is fixed now. the speaker is crisp loud and clear. the UI is now even more closer to stock android and this is the best feature in this update if you ask me. u have all the nougat features like multi window, double tap to switch apps etc and more. All in all if u have a p2 and u have the nougat update on hold, trust me just go for it. u will not regret. I hoped this will help.....

Hi Ranjit, I think there is one aspect of technicality which you could have discussed, that is the definition of VoLTE.
Voice information for all other networks (Vodafone airtel idea etc) are sent using circuit switching, where you are allotted a specific frequency channel for signal transfer.
But in any VoLTE network, it uses packet switching, i.e. they covert voice signals into data packets, and send it using packet routing, (not essentially through data network, so you don't need to turn on data connection, but your phone's packet transceiver should be available to that sim, and the only way to do that as of now is by assigning that as primary data sim).
So unless the SoC makers allow sharing of data packets transceiver (essentially the modem) by both the sim cards, you have to make the VoLTE sim as primary data sim in order to use calling via that sim.

Thanks for making video for this. I faced same problem with Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (4Gb + 64GB). So I called Xiaomi customer care and I informed them that Xiaomi website is showing "Dual SIM 4G Support" but this problem is happening. They told me that only one SIM at a time can support 4G and other will move to 2G.
So this is totally misleading info from mobile manufacturers. They told me that I can try by switching my SIM (to put Jio SIM in 1st Slot and Voda SIM in 2nd slot) and try it. But I need to cut my SIM so I didn't tested it till now.

Beacuse of the pure 4G network of Jio, my galaxy phone gives the option to choose network between "Auto Mode" or only "LTE" mode( Not sure Airtel 4G gives this option in 'network mode ') . But i noticed when i play JioTV channel while selecting only "LTE" network , Connectivity reduces and buffering goes on but when i choose "Auto Network Mode" everything works fine ☺.. as Ranjit sir said Jio is only 4G network ,why this thing comes up ..... Airtel is currently testing it's volte network. when it turns that on for all, we cannot use Jio and Airtel in the same fone. Airtel currently uses 4G LTE for data and 3G/2G for calls. Jio uses 4G VOLTE for calls and 4G LTE for data. so for Jio everything is data.

Hello Ranjit, I just moved to Hyderabad on Sunday to start my first job. I am facing a dilemma. I brought 2 SIM cards from home, one is on Aircel (my primary number for the last 6 years) and the other is Jio (mainly for calling home). I have to get my Aircel number ported to something local so to avoid roaming and poor cellular reception. Can you recommend any network that I should move my primary number to?
