I was told 17 years ago about having this, I didn’t give it much attention, continued keeping fit playing pickleball dancing, have no ides were the pain went done all of it without meds. A good healthy mindset is priceless and are meds. Hope this makes sense ❤
@@mariehaverty8209 yeah that's right. But sometimes physical pain with extreme headache that affect your cognitive skills and perceptions, and it always gets worsening. Then you need meds. But yeah more than meds , your will power and exercises really works.
Omg I am SOOOO SORRY to hear u too are suffering with this illness! I would never wish his on my worst enemy and I pray everyday my kids don’t inherit this ! I heard it wasn’t common in boys/men but now after seeing your comment I’m so sad and conflicted 😢! Also try this supplement called lifetones, I’ve gotten both forms the capsules and the liquid and to me the liquid works a lot better. It’s not the perfect cure all to everything but when I’m having a lot of tingling in my feet and more like arthritis feeling in my fingers and hands, it’s been helping a little. I hope it helps you as well. I saw it on Facebook and at this point I will try anything and everythingfor my pain
@@KCmakeovers yeah I appreciate your suggestion. Also try some relaxing therapies like non sleep deep rest NSDR. it does help for real. And please watch the video from Dr huberman channel. He is an American neuroscientist and do type NSDR on RUclips. Or NSDR huberman on RUclips.
Hello. I cannot thank you enough. I had neck tremors 6 months ago, had been to two docs including orthopedic and neurologist with no results. I had read about and watched horrible stories on youtube about that symptom. I followed your exercises from another video and its a miracle, I have no tremors now. God bless 🙏

I wouldn’t recommend doing this in bed, if only that the bed doesn’t offer the support needed to prevent discomfort. Doing this exercise on the floor gives a lot more support and will make it a lot easier than attempting it in bed.

As i know this is probably picky and maybe even petty, but I think it is important enough to ask. Choose carefully the pictures you advertise your video with please. Something like this video picture is eye candy, or a temptation for men or women that struggle with pornography. It would be simple enough to choose a different picture and still get your point acrose. I do thank you for your videos, and showing your exercises so well. I tried your exercises for the periformis, and for the first time in 5 weeks i had relief from the pain I had struggled with. Thank you!
Gm. Can you show some examples of how to strengthen the core? I had 2 spinal fusion’s and I need exercises to strengthen that area without having to strain my back. Thank you for your help!!!

Thank you Doctor you have helped me with your many videos, I have many issues unfortunately.. consistently get lockjaw in my mouth won't open all the way, put most of my pain is wrapped around the left side of my lower body starting at my low back buttock region how much are the side of my leg, to the front of my hip/front of leg area. Plus siatica. I do have lumbar and cervical herniation that radiates pain down my arm. But I don't know how to deal with the lower body pain it is worse? I'm sure that you have many videos for this I have done many of your videos just wanted to say thank you
Okay, can someone please clarify for me when a physio says brace the stomach muscles do they mean, suck your tummy in or do they mean, push your tummy muscles out?? I have never been able to get which one l am supposed to do. Thankyou.😊

Would these exercises be okay to do with pudendal neuralgia and a hypertonic pelvic floor? Or would you suggest these but with modifications?
