1. This show is/was unnecessary. 2. The Jimmy Neutron theme song says, "This is the theme song for Jimmy Neutron." But, the theme song, and the show was actually good.
1. No argument from me on that one. This show has as much purpose as Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2. NONE. 2. Yes. Mr. Enter mentioned the Jimmy Neutron theme song as an honorable mention in his Top-20 best opening themes video. I believe it was Admirable Animations #14.
I never thought I'd say this, but Johnny Test actually did this animation style _much_ better. The animation was still crap, but at least there, the characters were stylized to fit the movement. Here, they're way too humanlike in proportion with the stiff, choppy motion, and it puts them deep in uncanny valley. Along with that, the whip cracks in Johnny Test, as often-ridiculed as they are, do somewhat effectively give the illusion that the movements are really snappy and not just missing frames. I'm not saying it's good, but most people seem shocked when they see a clip muted and notice for the first time that the illusion is no longer there. Here, there's not even an *attempt* to disguise the fact that there are missing frames.
Well, that kind of explains how Johnny Test ran as long as it did, why more people watched it, and why it was way more successful than The Adventures of Kid Danger. August 10, 2019, 10:33am
Y’know, when this show first came out, I thought “If this was animated, Mr. Enter would totally review this.” I’m pretty sure I doomed us all by saying that and I would like to publicly apologize.
You are forgiven. Apparently this cartoon was a response to the popularity of Kids Danger as it was Nicks most viewed live action show in 2017. And they wanted to keep the popularity of the show up with this. It would have been less detrimental if Nick sold Kid Danger branded Tide Pods for kids to eat.
To be fair though Ctrl+Alt+Del was created by a guy who created webcomics and not an animator, it was created with a team that had little to no animation or voice acting experiance, it had a small largely self funded budget, and it was created in 2006. The Adventures of Kid Danger was made by veterans from the animation industry, with a studio that's one of the biggest names in animation, had a competitively large budget, and was made in 2018. Honestly this reminds me more of a mid 2000s childrens edutainment game like some of the original Jumpstart ___ Grade games in terms of overall animation quality, and they had alot of tech limitations to deal with since they wanted to make games that could easily run on even old computers so poorer schools could still play them.
"I feel like I’m watching Family Guy for kids" It is! IT IS Family Guy for kids! It even uses the same character designs and mean spirited jokes with the background characters!
You know, regarding Mr. Enter's complaints about the Back to the Future reference, let me just say this: I have written something where I parody Ed, Edd n' Eddy, with the characters in South Park. And I had to bend Stan's character to make him act like Ed, since none of the kids in South Park are considerably "stupid". But you know what I did? I established Stan getting brain damage at the beginning, to make his Ed-like behaviors seem more natural, and give him a reason to be acting that way.
Riik Acharya Family Guy was good in its earlier years, now it's terrible. Well, actually, I'm not incredibly offended and disgusted by the shock humor, offensive jokes, and gross-out of the modern Family Guy episodes, but that's the problem. As someone who isn't bothered by that stuff, the show is boring to me. I've watched clips of some of the most infamous modern Family Guy episodes, such as some of the ones Mr. Enter has reviewed in the past, and I pretty much forgot about them. I like South Park, because it has other elements among the shock and offensive jokes, to make its audience feel other more positive emotions, and for someone like me who isn't bothered by the horrible stuff, it still keeps me entertained, and I still find it memorable. (One of my favorite scenes from the show is Cartman being chased down by the Halitosis Girl, who I'm pretty sure is the Kanker Sisters' distant cousin)
In Jimmy neutron’s defense, that was the last line of the song, it was only said once, and it pretty much perfectly summarized the show before that point.
2020 update: A new spinoff came out, after the finale (wish it was the end of that 'franchise') called Danger Force, don't check it out, you will regret your life decisions if you do
@@mrforgotten5598 Can't imagine it being as bad as Kamp Koral; which, I have no desire to even give a chance. The whole concept of it is a huge middle finger to the late Stephen Hillenburg-- the creative genius behind SpongeBob SquarePants. (RIP)
@Dragon Kirby same dude, I hated how Danger Force was announced at all, they should have killed the show off after the first season (it was tolerable then from what I remember)
BlackoutWorm - The Truth is Stranger Than Fiction! I always enjoyed it as a kid it wasn't too cheesy like other sitcoms and weird enough to hold my attention
I can only rewtch some of them (Like the episode when Josh gets fed up with drake, the rollercoster episode, the one with the "trial of drake", the one when they make an in, and prett much any scene with Crazy steve). If i had to rewatch a nick sitcom, I would watch Big Time Rush who was probably the best sitcom of nick in quite a time (Some of my favorite episodes: the one when, while writing a song, they have to beat the shit out of each other to make the creativity flow; the one when they are in a reality tv show; and the one when they try to appear in a "Good Morning" type of show)
Easily one of Nickelodeons laziest shows! 1.) The animation is obviously made to be as cheap and quickly made as possible (seriously, I've seen better flash animation on RUclips web shorts!) 2.) The original show's comedy relied on cartoonish over the top humor for the jokes, but when you put that *SAME* comedy technique in a cartoon, it loses what made it work in the first place! 3.) Forgettable and the writing just falls flat most of the time (if not all the time) Overall, great review as usual Mr.Enter!
Dusk Art breadwinners has poor art design, but the animation is decent enough to where the characters movements are more free, but this show just looks stiff and slow
_Sweet mother of animation, I've never clicked on a Mr. Enter notification so fast in my life._ I cannot *wait* to watch you tear this show a new one. EDIT: _Just what I was looking for._ Great stuff, Mr. Enter! (Although one thing; Jimmy Neutron's theme song ends--which actually took me a LONG time to figure out--by saying "This is the theme song / for Jimmy Neutron." I'm surprised that didn't come up on the subject of the theme song argument)
Is "This is the theme song" that garbled mess that comes before the song ending with "Jimmy Neutron" and Goddard pulling Jimmy away with his tail? That... is actually annoying if that's the case. Did you know that the opening to Danny Phantom doesn't start with "Yo, Danny Phantom-" but instead, "YOUNG Danny Phantom"? You learn something new every day...
Weegee097 Nope! Embarrassing to admit after the Oaxis thing, but I watched some videos from Butch Hartman's channel and he confirmed, having been the one behind the song, that YOUNG Danny Phantom is how the lyrics go.
Here's my analysis of every scripted show created by Dan Schneider: "The Amanda Show": Can be summed up in one word: Legendary. "Drake and Josh": Iconic as it launched the careers of Drake Bell, Josh Peck, and Miranda Cosgrove. "Zoey 101": Not bad but pretty good. It helped Jamie Lynn Spears step out of the shadow of her older sister Britney Spears. "iCarly": Decent. Miranda Cosgrove managed to prove she was "leading lady" material. "Victorious": Tolerable. Some episodes I can't stand; but others I can enjoy. "Sam and Cat": Atrocious. "Henry Danger and 'The Adventures of Kid Danger'": Outright garbage. "Game Shakers": What in the name of Saint John the Divine is this shit?!?
@@ffjreviews9029 Because it was nothing more than a quick cash grab. After "iCarly" and "Victorious" ended, Nickelodeon should have just allowed the cast members to carve their own paths instead of refusing to let go of two of their shows.
Well for me, it always depends on how the content is bad. I'm not surprised that any of John Kricfalusi's adult content is pretty sickening, knowing that his main thing is gross out. I'm fine if you don't like Drake and Josh, but I perfer to analyze stuff more to try and figure out how a creator can go from the surface, to the depths.
2009 is a bad year for TV while it is a good year for cinema. 2019 is 2009 “but it’s Opposite Day” with it being a good year for TV and a bad year for cinema.
I can at least forgive Jimmy Neutron for that because at least the theme song fucking SLAPS! Not having seen the show in years I can still remember, word for word, those immortal lyrics and that otherworldly rock anthem! I'm glad they waited to get it right. Fun random fact: in the first Jimmy Timmy Power Hour Special, the townsfolk of Dimmsdale who know Timmy reference one of his costumes he apparently likes to dress up as from time to time as "Kent Quasar"; this is likely a reference to the original name of Jimmy Neutron's show, "The Adventures of Kid Quasar."
3:58 "Jimmy Neutron: The Series" had a theme song that ended with the line "This is the theme song...For Jimmy Neutron". Though...THAT theme song was...GREAT.
Mr Enter...you're asking the internet to be adults and put our dirty juvenile minds to the side for 20 minutes. ...Do you know the kind of Herculean task you're trying to accomplish here?
But as he said at the end, the original show is still going... there's no nostalgia to exploit, no "original audience" to go for. My theory is that Dan said "hey Nick execs, I wanna make a cartoon. Can I make a cartoon?" and the boardroom all started bowing and chanting "Yes, my lord; you may have your cartoon". Then angels came flying in, gremlins tossed flower pedals, and then WA-BAM a show is greenlit.
Another question: Henry Danger is considered by many people to be the absolute worst show Schneider's Bakery ever made, then how did it get popular enough to have a spin-off?!
Superhero shows seem to be getting the absolute worst treatment in animation this decade. And to think that just two decades ago they were some of the best cartoons television had to offer.
JCBro2014 Young justice, Avengers: Earth Mightiest Heroes, Spectacular Spider Man, Batman: The Animated Series and X-men: Evolution are basically things from the past now. Shows that have serious story and some comic relief were replaced by comic shows who have little to no serious plotlines like Teen Titans Go, Spider Man 2017 and Ultimate Avengers
Spider Man 2017 is actually decent, compared to Ultimate Spider Man it understands that you can't tell jokes every five seconds and treat Spidey like a G-rated Deadpool. The problem lies in that it is so rushed, and they've already introduced alternatives Spider Men like Miles Morale and Spider Gwen.
It was one third of a trio of Marvel cartoons ordered by Disney to be part of their own T.V. universe after they accquired the rights to Marvel. But everyone agreed that they were downgrades in quality compared to their predecessors.
the original premise of henry danger was that a kid became a sidekick to a super hero.... the actor is no longer a child as he is in his late teens.... so I think they made this crap to keep the show relevant without worrying about the actors age anymore. not saying they did a good job but oh well....
Well this show already bombed and got cancelled after a few months. All of the Schneider sitcoms are getting cancelled. Game Shakers just got cancelled, and Henry Danger is making Season 5 the last season
@@lamaripiazza5226 I’m not saying I liked it I’ve never even watched the show. I’m saying that if they made a spin off it had to be financially successful.
In another video review of the same cartoon, a person who claims to be an animator says the company was ashamed of how rushed and poorly done their work was.
I'm so used to seeing 2D cartoons exaggerating how small kids and young teens are compared to adults that seeing Henry drawn somewhat accurate to his height in the live action show looks off to me. Seeing him next to Ray in animated form for some reason makes him look older than he actually is. Am I the only one?
A minor complaint to add to the dumpster fire of a show: The references are all way too old for the target audience. For example, there is a "Tap" can in the bus, a reference to the drink Tab, which was out in like the early 80s. All That and Good Burger are from the 90s. And while Back to the Future is a classic at this point, expecting the target audience to have seen the movie to get what's happening is a little much, seeing as it's another 80s reference. The car falling apart at 21:32 is probably a Dukes of Hazard reference, but if it is, it's something from the late 70s! There are most likely more sprinkled throughout the entire series that the majority of the kids watching aren't even going to realize are referencing something.
I hate pop culture references without thought because there's only one reason for it: "How do you do, fellow kids?" Guardians of the Galaxy had a lot of 70s references and songs because that was an important part of Peter Quill's life, and maybe the director's life too.
“After the first half of iCarly SB’s shows have been crap.” That’s a bit harsh in my eyes. Most agree that Drake and Josh and (most of) iCarly were good, but I liked Victorious as well. Not LOVED, but liked. The acting was certainly a cut above most kids sitcoms, the writing was decently sharp and the show had just enough differences from iCarly to stand on its own. But I’ll still admit that even that series suffered a pretty big drop in quality during its final season.
But all the other shows after Victorious were bad. Sam and Cat was bland, Henry Danger was beyond dumb, and Game Shakers is just a collection of all the Schnieder-sitcom staples
I loved iCarly, liked Victorious and Game Shakers (at least they tried and I was able to laugh at it.), but good Lord I couldn’t stand Henry Danger. I didn’t hate it because of the humour, or the writing. I hated the characters. Bar Charlotte, all of the other characters were insufferable. Henry was annoying, Jasper was stupid, Captain Man (which btw is the DUMBEST name for a superhero) was essentially an superpowered man child, Schwoz was ok, Piper was just loud and unpleasant, and everyone except Charlotte was a jerk in one way or another. And don’t get me started on the villains. The Spoiler? The Mad Granny? Drillfinger? The TIME JERKER? (which I only just realised is a disgusting innuendo) COME ON! I mean, I watch Miraculous Ladybug- which has its fair share of stupid villains- but at least I can tell those ones are DANGEROUS. Plus, they TRY to be creative. HDs villains are vapid, lazy and poorly thought out. F for effort! I like to think Henry Danger is the end of Dan’s creativity. He is so spent in terms of wit and good writing, that he wrote THIS show to cap it off. That’s why there’s so little effort in Henry Danger- Dan honestly just gave up. Which is a shame, because I actually like Jace and Co. as actors. At least they tried to work with what they were given- which unsurprisingly didn’t go well on their behalf. Ah well. At least it’s over now. Goodbye Henry Danger. You will NOT be sorely missed.
Victorious doesn't deserve the luxury of being talked about in the same breath as Drake & Josh. That show is a timeless classic filled with compelling and relatable writing and iconic jokes. You're acting as if that falls into the same category as a show with a tedious and boring setup, overused plots, jokes revolving around girls' feet, and the generic bully (which is the Nostalgia Critic's number 1 most annoying cliche) as one of the main characters
I mean, Victorious technically started before the halfway point of iCarly, so it still kind of fits into the "First half of iCarly and before" category. And Victorious, IMO, had a pilot episode that can easily rival iCarly's. My favorite episode was "The Bird Scene." I felt that Victorious did lose its steam in it's later episodes, but I still say it was more tolerable than the majority of Henry Danger, all of Game Shakers, and especially this show and Danger Force.
Those guys from Back to the Future actually appeared in the Live Action show; in a time travel based episode...... They did the same joke......twice.... I have never seen Back to the Future, and I don't think I ever will... It's such a weird cameo, they might as well have a Game of Thrones character show up.....
Lightning Farron I’m sorry, but that’s completely unfair for Back to the Future. You’re never going to see a fantastic film that’s funny, intriguing, heartwarming, original, charming and creative JUST because of a repeated cheap joke from 2 really bad shows? I’m sorry, but that’s incredibly biased. How about you actually check out Back to the Future when you get the chance? It’s INFINITELY better than Henry Danger and The Adventures of Kid Danger, especially considering it’s directed by a true genius in entertainment, Robert Zemeckis. If you don’t know who he is (and I can already tell you don’t), he’s also directed other fantastic films like Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Forrest Gump, Contact, Cast Away and The Polar Express.
TheAirBear2000 That’s not much of a difference if you ask me. Sorry if I went a little overboard there, it’s just a bad joke (or in this case, 2 bad jokes) shouldn’t stop you from checking out true cinematic platinum. Especially when it comes from a Grade A+++++ genius filmmaker like Robert Zemeckis.
@@ZemeckisTEN That's fair. Again, I don't think Lightning Farron was saying that this show specifically is turning them off of the idea of watching BttF, but I do agree that they're missing out either way.
Blimey! I didn't know Dan Schneider and Jake Farrow were working on an animated remake of Back to the Future! That would probably be way better than The Adventures of Kid Danger, even with the cheap Go Animate-like animation. July 29, 2019, 12:54pm
South Park is once again the only show with extremely cheap animation that manages to look like effort was put into it. Wait...that's because they actually DO put in effort where they can.
@@ZemeckisTEN You know something? The first South Park related thing I ever saw was a Yo Mama video, and I thought it was a show for little kids because of the cheap animation I'd seen before in Blue's Clues. Hey, Yo Mama had had children's cartoons swear before, so I thought nothing of it.
South Park actually made software to make their episodes faster and in the same style so Matt and Trey actually put work into SP because that's their art style. An. Actual. Style!
Comrade Kugeln the Cartoon Community is a pure joke. Not even United like the Anime Community. Just remember there are some actual enter critics that want him to improve
Blake Blast You know what I'd like to see. I'd like to see someone criticize Mr. Enter in an UNBIASED manner; criticizing only flaws in his reasoning, absolutely NO mention of Growing Around, or the fact that Enter has Asperger syndrome, and leaving the stupid "It's for kids" excuse out of it.
Isobel Miller I have seen Turkey Tom's, Ez Pz's, and the collab with JAR and Digby's videos on Enter, and I have yet to see a video criticizing Enter constructively without mentioning crap from 5 years ago and without edgy remarks that even Leafy himself would blush at.
FuturisticEggThief I like to compare Turkey Tom with Haedox, as they are pretty much teens that joined in by hating everything from their respective commuties. His first enter videos are very negative and gives me Old Enter vibes in a bad way. EZPZ has this personality Which I hate. Calling Steven universe a bad show for bad people is just wrong, especially if it is his biased opinion. The other two act alot like Leafy, picking on a person, acting smarter and then just shit on them on like you said, Old things. Heck, I bet none of these ranters ever watch the "We need to talk" video, which enter pretty much states everything that all of these people attack him from.
when you learn that a) henry danger had an episode where it depicted animation as able to be done by one person, and b) dan schneider reportedly having said something along the lines of 'maybe ill make an animated show one day if i want a break from real work,' the laziness of this show makes perfect sense.
I love how you pointed to the two characters on the bus, saying "they forgot to change THEIR color palette" when they aren't even the same model. Look at their hair, it's COMPLETELY different.
McBehrer which point are you talking about? I'm talking about at 9:25 in the video were both the characters have the same model but just reversed and color swapped.
Blazing Bojo Right, and he said that. Then 5 seconds later he points to two others and says "THESE aren't even color-swapped!" But they are different models.
The DeLorean wasn't abandoned - it was smashed to smithereens by a freaking train. That's more for the writers than for you, mrenter - you at least know how the BTTF story goes
19:51 - 20:11 Somehow I knew you'd bring up Adult Party Cartoon, when talking about how even _most bad shows have a _*_idea_* of what their target audience is supposed to be.
I'll give Teen Titans Go! credit over this, no matter how much I hate it. Because it at least has it's own unique style and it's own identity. If I was flipping across the TV channels and came across TTG, I would know it was TTG. If you were flipping across the TV channels, would you recognize this as The Adventures of Kid Danger? No! You'd think it was some horrible unaired reboot of Max Steel or something.
As bad as Adult Party Cartoon was, it had a target audience. That audience being kids who grew up with Ren And Stimpy. Even if the show was utter garbage.
@@MrChaotic4 Hell, I'll give this awful thing something: Nick has so few cartoons on it that this stands out for being a pathetic Batman and Robin copy.

Your talking about the Back To The Future reference reminded me of PIEGUYRULZ's rant on the Sam & Cat episode, #SuperPsycho, in which he complained about it being a parody of Silence of the Lambs. One of his complaints was that the parody felt very forced, because there was no reason for the character to talk about eating people. Let me just state this: I have written a story in which I parody Ed, Edd n' Eddy, using the characters in South Park. And I had to bend Stan's character to make him act like Ed, because none of the kids in South Park are flat-out stupid. But you know what I did? I established him getting brain-damaged at the beginning, to make his Ed-like behaviors seem more natural, and give him a logical reason to be acting stupid.
18:40 As a beginner artist, this kid’s proportions deeply upset me. I mean, I don’t mean to draw attention to that area, but what is going on with his legs? Why is the crotch line on his pants all the way down there? And his arms should come down to the middle of his thigh. And why is his torso so freaking long? Honestly, this kid makes me feel better about my art. My self esteem just shot through the roof.

The animation/art-style looks like those cheap coloring books you'd get as a kid.
It was pretty good. "Zoey 101" was one of the best scripted sitcoms created by Dan Schneider. I enjoyed it because of the fact that there was no laugh track.
Fun fact: Richard Steven Horvitz did some voices for this episode. (You can tell it’s him at 13:24) Not sure if this or Shorty McShort Shorts was the worst.
Enter, I like ya, I respect you and your Video's. But you NEED to spare like $50 and Sound treat your recording space. Just buy some cheap sound foam from amazon or look up DIY sound-treatments. SOMETHING. You're mic and volume levels are actually great, but its picking up ALL of the Echo distortion. And it's really distracting. This is literally all you need to do and you can say Goodbye to all the comments saying your recording quality sucks.
This is better than like 95% of the "criticism" I see toward Mr. Enter. He can absolutely improve on some things, but most criticism boils down to, "Hurr, durr, it's for kids, don't take it seriously," or "Hurr, durr, your fans harassed some writers that one time."
yeah actually that is some good criticism. I felt the same way I also enjoy his videos but he does need to work on. So yeah good criticism. (sorry if i kinda copied your comment Pundit07 I just agree with you)
Being a 1970's child here, I had tried to show my then 10-y.o nephew four or five years ago some of the cartoons that I, myself grew up with. (Seeing him watch Teen Titans Go really got on my nerves too, believe me, you're not the only one.) I had shown him Clue Club (1970's Scooby-Doo knockoff ), Jim Henson's (creator of the Muppets) Song of the Cloud Forest, Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show (Flintstones spinoff), and the 1970's Sabrina the Teenage Witch (its animation style IS somewhat similar, but trust me, it's better well-written and it does have TONS of laughs to go around on). My nephew really was watching all of these non-stop like YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE TO THE POINT WHERE HE WAS CRACKING UP. HONESTLY, YOU HAVE NO IDEA. Try doing a search on any of these titles, and, trust me, you will be in for quite a treat compared to this lame, off-the-wall cheese fest.
@Falloutlover1011 That's the main issue with Teen Titans Go - they don't air it alongside the original, so children who have never seen the original are under the impression that TTG is what Teen Titans was meant to be. So by the time they DO discover the real Teen Titans, they think it's garbage because it's "too serious" or "doesn't have enough jokes". If Cartoon Network would simply air them side by side, newer generations would be able to see the night and day transition and actually be AWARE that the "Go" version is just a brainless parody.
@@EagleTimberWolf It would much, much, MUCH nicer if they would air the original Teen Titans alongside Hayao Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli, something that has more nuance, but the only thing is, today's kids would want to go for either TTG or Pokémon instead. Just what the hell are Disney, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon trying to do to the younger generation, brainwash them and warp their brains for life????? Oh, but then again, they probably don't want settle for that has more nuance or is more sophisticated, because, like you said, it's "too serious" or "doesn't have enough jokes". Somehow, to the big three kids' networks, that I just mentioned here, it seems like all it is, is money talks, cheesy animation sells 😕
Dave Kendall way worse. He has Accusations about being a child molester like most of Hollywood, but they are just Accusations ATM. Until someone provides full evidence, wait for your attack
There were 13 writers on this show and only one has ever written for animation(mainly Dreamworks projects like Kung Fu Panda series, Madagascar Europes most wanted, etc) The other writers were Danwarp writers on live action shows like Icarly, Victorious, Game Shakers, and Sam and cat. Much of the writing team clearly did not know or care about working in animation.
I don't think it's been kicked around period, I was just musing one time, years ago I believe, that they couldn't do a live action continuation of the show itself because of everyone being older now, and I don't think any animation style would fit a live action adaptation. Kid Danger here shows kind of what I mean, it doesn't translate well, and I don't think there's any way it could have translated well. Plus Schneider's out and Miranda Cosgrove probably wouldn't touch anything he has any relation to, much less anything he's involved in directly, with pole long enough that you can touch one end to the other after having circled the entire planet with it, so it'll never happen.
Okay the bus hijacker stopping to get snacks is kind of funny. It's stupid, but its the kind of stupid I could see an overly cocky yet way in over their head criminal do, especially if they were on drugs.
The "first episode" line annoys me, too. It's like they were saying "Hey , I heard viewers like 4th wall-braeking. That means we can do any joke with it, even it's the most uncreative one ever!"
Wait on there mate what about the jimmy neutron theme that theme is a God damn banger and it literally says its the theme song for jimmy neutron but that's none of my business
Writing is never going to be a hard science, if there's something you hate then there's almost always going to be some example out there somewhere where it's done well enough that it just works or is at least easy to look past. Even the most overused cliches have at least one story where they're well-suited to the plot and situation.

2. The Jimmy Neutron theme song says, "This is the theme song for Jimmy Neutron." But, the theme song, and the show was actually good.
Omg I actually never recognized that it said that-
At least it says that line at the very end after it actually talks, or sings about what the show is about
It sounded awesome, too!
That was the only acception for mrenter because on his top 20 theme songs list this theme song was an honorable mention
I heavy agree Johnny test at least had the character designs fit the animation movement
I mean, season 1 of Johnny had pretty decent animation.
That's why Scott Fellows made such a point to use that sound effect. I got that from a clip from DVD bonus features on RUclips. April 6, 2019, 8:46pm
I love Johnny test. Hilarious cartoon

Oh my god, that's morbid. D:
"I feel like I’m watching Family Guy for kids"
It is!
Isobel Miller Sounds pretty nice, actually
No it's not. Family Guy is AWESOME!!!!!!
Maybe once, now it’s one of the most unpleasant show I’ve ever knew about! I saw some episodes that REALLY damaged me!
"This is the theme song" was a lyric in the Jimmy Neutron theme too. sadly that song is actually good and the show was too.
In Jimmy neutron’s defense, that was the last line of the song, it was only said once, and it pretty much perfectly summarized the show before that point.
Remember: Not all things with bad parts are bad.

Easily one of Nickelodeons laziest shows!
1.) The animation is obviously made to be as cheap and quickly made as possible (seriously, I've seen better flash animation on RUclips web shorts!)
2.) The original show's comedy relied on cartoonish over the top humor for the jokes, but when you put that *SAME* comedy technique in a cartoon, it loses what made it work in the first place!
3.) Forgettable and the writing just falls flat most of the time (if not all the time)

I also brought it up in one of my comments bro
Is "This is the theme song" that garbled mess that comes before the song ending with "Jimmy Neutron" and Goddard pulling Jimmy away with his tail? That... is actually annoying if that's the case.

When Dan Schneider of all people makes an animated series, you better be ready for crap.
Here's my analysis of every scripted show created by Dan Schneider:
"The Amanda Show": Can be summed up in one word: Legendary.
Michael Lovely how is Sam and Cat atrocious!?

Fun random fact: in the first Jimmy Timmy Power Hour Special, the townsfolk of Dimmsdale who know Timmy reference one of his costumes he apparently likes to dress up as from time to time as "Kent Quasar"; this is likely a reference to the original name of Jimmy Neutron's show, "The Adventures of Kid Quasar."

傭兵Cloud and mass effect adromina
Spartan A111 - Andromeda wasn't a cash grab, it was just poorly managed and given a stupidly tight deadline.
Another question: Henry Danger is considered by many people to be the absolute worst show Schneider's Bakery ever made, then how did it get popular enough to have a spin-off?!
Maybe the show should be renamed as The Adventures of Captain Obvious. Because seriously? They like to state what we can SEE a lot...
SouthParkFirefly Then what about the actual captain obvious from those commercials

Captain Obvious would NOT want to be associated with this cartoon nor Peppa Pig pal. He has MUCH better things to do in his life!
Luiz Felipe Ferreira young justice is getting a third season though.
JCBro2014 What's Ultimate Avengers.

@@phoenixshadow6633 It was from NICKtendo's review. July 29, 2019, 1:06pm
MrEnter should do an admirable animation of Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie.
This is why "reference = funny" is wrong.
I imagine the jokes were meant to be some kind of parental bonus for any adult who happened to be watching.
AkameGaKillfan777 Not to mention they just plaster surface level jokes haphazardly
I hate pop culture references without thought because there's only one reason for it: "How do you do, fellow kids?" Guardians of the Galaxy had a lot of 70s references and songs because that was an important part of Peter Quill's life, and maybe the director's life too.
“After the first half of iCarly SB’s shows have been crap.”
That’s a bit harsh in my eyes.
I don’t need to sleep tonight after all.

Pretty much agree
@@MrChaotic4 Hell, I'll give this awful thing something: Nick has so few cartoons on it that this stands out for being a pathetic Batman and Robin copy.
@@eatatjoes6751 Speaking of which, I'll be honest. I'd rather watch Batman and Robin again than watch this show. At least I can laugh about how bad that movie is, this is just so ungodly boring!
"...better off watching TTG."
...No more damning sentence exists in the English language.
This animation looks like it's from Control Alt Delete/Go Animate i don't know that's what it looks like from my point of view
Ctrl Alt Delete at the very least is more fluid than this shit......
I II
II L
Blake Blast this show doesn’t even have a meme.
At least Ctrl+Alt+Del has something to remember it for.
It bugs me how you can constantly see the same poses used 5+ times in shots
Atleast its animation, while Enter has none and demands 350k and got 3%
This show is like something I would’ve written as a kid.
Let's be thankful that this turd only lasted 12 episodes.
This was one Hell of a dark era on Nick.
They just look like Bitstrips. The animation of Big Mouth and a couple others do too. Must be the new Family Guy Syndrome
Hipstershy Family Guy is funnier than this show, even the worst episodes like The Juice is Loose.
03bgood I know (although I really dislike FG) but I'm saying first cartoons had a habit of coming FG's animation style and now this lazy style seems to be what's popular
The animation/art-style looks like those cheap coloring books you'd get as a kid.
Zoey 101 didn't have a laugh track and that was a Schiender bakery show.
It was pretty good. "Zoey 101" was one of the best scripted sitcoms created by Dan Schneider. I enjoyed it because of the fact that there was no laugh track.
Are you sure he made it?
@@gracekim1998 He did.
And Big Time Rush and Ned's Declassified (by Johnny Test creator Scott Fellows) were also great Nickcoms with no laugh track either.
The Reaper Hunter
This is some good constructive criticism, right here. Nice work!
Thank you. As another RUclipsr I know we claw for actually helpful comments like this.
(sorry if i kinda copied your comment Pundit07 I just agree with you)
I can definitely tell hes trying to improve which is really nice.
Sadly my nephew likes Henry danger and teen titans go and when I tried to show him the original teen titans he hated it I know I failed him.
I feel your pain, Falloutlover. But yeah I hope your nephew can appreciate the original Teen Titans show more because it's obvious other people don't.
And you like a guy who cant even make cartoons, your nephew should get what Dan does to his actors.
Somehow, to the big three kids' networks, that I just mentioned here, it seems like all it is, is money talks, cheesy animation sells 😕
it's honestly refreshing to see someone have a negative opinion on schneider's bakery shows
dunkanbulk14 How come? Do you think his work is overrated?
Dave Kendall Dan Schneider is the Adam Sandler of Nickelodeon
dunkanbulk14 So, what you mean is, he started off as a success, but over time got worse?
Dave Kendall oh yeah
Dave Kendall way worse. He has Accusations about being a child molester like most of Hollywood, but they are just Accusations ATM. Until someone provides full evidence, wait for your attack
Back then I was extremely stupid and thought that every show I watched was good.
This was one of them.
What the heck is with all the freaking crotch shots!?
They actually are expecting us to laugh at that!?!?
This show's animation looks like a slightly modified version of GoAnimate's animation.
That cow scene what just happened?
I already know this is going to be good. The Adventures of Kid Danger is beyond terrible, so...
The legion of doom from my little pony friendship is magic have a better chance of Saving the bus than the main characters do
To be fair in a much more clever cartoon, a piece of popcorn as a villain could be hilarious
That BTTF reference in Kid Danger makes as much sense as pretty much all the references from those abysmal excuses for “spoof” movies!
Indeed, it's like Disaster Movie.
This is a good summary of why I don't think an animated Drake & Josh reboot could ever work.
Please tell me there hasn't been any serious talk about that. Pretty please.
Still trash of course
Trying to find two identical pieces of popcorn would require exponential amounts of effort
I'd argue the last season of ICarly was when Dan Shnider lost his creative juices, not halfway through the show.
Happy belated birthday
why dose their super hero costumes have a tied pod logo
Because this show makes you want to eat a Tide Pod.
Because who ever made this show ate a tide pod afterwards
I'm flattered and slightly offended
Because this show is so stupid that it makes you want to eat a tide pod.
Because of laundry. Duh! July 29, 2019, 1:09pm
"Family Guy but for children" pretty much summarizes this.
Yup
The adventures of kid danger makes Teen Titans go look like young justice
Henry: "I don't understand why you're not falling down."
Good lord, he sounds more robotic than GLaDOS -_-
This is the theme sooooong....... For Jimmy Neutrooooonnnnnn
I mean, like, while that was a great theme, that was kinda a dumb line.
Well he says he hates rap theme songs but loves the danny phantom theme, everything has exceptions.
At least is it not pretentions unlike this one
It's an exception to the rule, much like how Danny Phantom's theme song was an exception to the rule about having rapping theme songs.
Writing is never going to be a hard science, if there's something you hate then there's almost always going to be some example out there somewhere where it's done well enough that it just works or is at least easy to look past. Even the most overused cliches have at least one story where they're well-suited to the plot and situation.
Looks Schneider's bakery...
Is going stale
Since Dan Schneider got the boot from Nickelodeon, I could say that Schneider's Bakery burned to the ground.
"I... is this... joke...?" killed me
