Am a Bajaj RS owner for 7 years straight now(upgraded to a BS7 one last year November) and I got little beef with Bajaj. They have been constantly upgrading NS but the RS only had dual channel ABS and less teethed sprocket and flex fueling system upgrades and ever since the Dominar launched and they teased a SS400 concept we have been rightfully waiting for a true RS200 successor. In my honest opinion Bajaj didn't skimped on money on tech for the OG RS when it was launched e.g. ByBre braking system (more capable than today's most latest braking systems on Ninja300 and KTMs) and spec developed tyre by MRF at the time (around 2013 i.e. >10 years ago now that is wild) specially for RS with a different and more focused compound. Stock tyres on a RS even today give more confidence than most bikes I've ridden on stock tyres.
Great review though Sarge, keep the rubber side down and throttle it out!

I wish Bajaj would come up with a Pulsar X250 Adventure Touring bike, with a 4-valve DOHC, 250cc engine, a six speed gearbox, a 19 inch front wheel, seat hieght of 825mm, ground clearance of 200mm, wheelbase of 1400mm, tank capacity of 15 litres, kerb weight around 170 kgs and priced around 2 lac 20 thousand rupees on-road.

We should understand that this bike is a sports commuter bike . Which focuses more on being an ideal commuter by giving us a comfortable and bump free ride with a little bit of sports characteristics for the office going people so that they can have some fun in their boring 9-5 life because they're the ones who can't make time for dedicated track riding or long road trips .

Personally I feel that the suspension tuning is done to offer a comfortable ride quality on the roads. Indian roads are not always that great where u can take ur bike out on cornering and checking its capabilities. A person like me would anyday perefer the superior ride quality on the new n250 along with its refined engine than the ns200.
    Comfy smooth ride>>>cornering.

Kids are fighting between mt15 and n250 in comment sections
But Better will cross the lower in sales segment in upcoming years then we all can see who is the boss.
Bajaj fan boys are enjoying new N250 review but the other's brand's fan boys are jealousy as hell and saying reliability is power of their brand,
But that kid's didn't know indian company are not anpad gawar they are improving lots of their R&D in recent years.
Hate side rakh ke kabhi man se indian brand try karke dekhi zara dimag mai ek hei company ki fans boys soch hoga to tum biker nehi khudgarz ho.. 😊

Everyone talks about the color of bikes being subjective choice but I think what we miss out on is to also count Exhaust note as a subjective choice as to who like to hear what.

Brother, i had a 1st gen pulsar 150 and it's engine lasted 3 years. Then 1st gen ZMA n that trouble free engine lasted 11 years.
Do you think these pulsars anyway close to those Honda engines??

Gone is the all black N250 colour. That one looked more premium and clean to my eyes. But Sarge, I still feel, the NS200 makes a stronger deal considering the fact that Bajaj has just given it some more updates like LED headlamps and fully digital instrument cluster. Isn't that so?

@@jyotiprakashnanda5653 check for the availability of parts before buying....if they're available..then go for a test ride and decide..and the reason for low sales is they were expensive when they are launched in the first place...and this year i think they reduced the price too much and most people are not aware of that price reduction
