All FORD Swap meet & car corral Columbus Ohio 4/1/23 disappointing

- The All Ford show & Crappy car corral at the Columbus Ohio expo center April 1st and 2nd. What was once three building of swap parts and a full building of cars for sale is now one building of swap parts and very few cars on the car corral building. This event is failing indeed .

I didn't make it this year for a number of reasons but I think one factor that has hurt these swap meets is allowing vendors to sell stuff that is not parts. T shirts and junk. I noticed a few years ago that they let vendors in selling crafts. I guess to appease the wives that tagged along. Another problem is vendors buying up parts the day before the show. No one should be able to buy parts until the show opens on Saturday. There are guys who show up and put their RARE parts on display with ridiculous prices just to have a booth not intending to sell but to be there on Friday to get first dibs. In the past I have found really good deals on parts I needed but it has not been that way for several years. It won't be around much longer if things don't chang.
I agree but it would more empty. Used to be four buildings one full of cars for sale and three full with parts and National vendors now one building not even packed and a very empty looking car corral. Very fitting they had it on April fools day
Nope no failing. I was a vendor there many years. Alot of the problem is most think they have gold they dug up . Most has priced a old car 5 times as much as they really worth. No teenager can restore one his dad says to find. Parts also so high had you find a part no book tells you what the price is but the owner says part is rare . I have had many cars and still do. Just sold a R code nice mach one reasonable. The place is emplty cause you all have done it to yaself.

Agreed, you should have seen the one today 11 - 25 - 23 it was even worse. There must have only been a dozen cars in the car corral it was pathetic. $7 to park and $10 to get in... I would have been better off to go to a strip joint and donate my cash a dollar at a time 😂
Been there going to post a video on it in a bit. Not like it’s glory days of yesteryear it’s a darn shame. Thanks for writing. My son did snag a nice front 66!Falcon bumper good chrome 25 dollars. So there are bargains
