Make a loose twist/braid all the way down (;you can even skip this part and just put the scrunchie about midway on the ponytail)and then put a scrunchie at the end. Put the band on, pulling the hair through. That way it's together and strands don't get tangled in the hair tie. 🙂
Try using the wrap method... instead of pulling your hair through, get a longer cloth elastic and wrap it around the hair and then use a large bobby pin to tuck it.. like using a hair bobble... your hair is glorious
Another way… loosely twist the hair to the end, then comb/ brush the hair into a ponytail tail. This makes it easier for the hair to put through the twist tie.
