He's 1.92 m tall, for all the non americans out here :-)
for all the rest of the world*
For those still mentioning me: OP changed her comment from "for all the europeans" to "all the non-americans"
Or Latin american, or Asian, or African 😅
Smh
1.92 m oh wow... that's impressive.
Americans being Americans 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
"At birth he weighed 12 pounds and was 26inches long." Bless this woman, that birth must have not been easy at all.
Lets hope she had a c section
I wonder how tall mom is? Because if mom is tall, then proportionately it would have been maybe a big-ish baby, but not so dramatically huge for her size if that makes sense?
I would assume it was a c-section for her sake! She’s amazing for going through that and having such a positive attitude. She has clearly taught him to love himself just the way he is which is great.
she needs an award like actually
dude she still walked around with an 8 pound baby in her stomach...@@mareezy
i heard ppl with this condition dont live for long, i hope this guy lives for a long time cause his confidence and his personality gave me big respect 💯💯
я думаю это вполне возможно, но стоит снизить нагрузку на организм немного похудев.
one of my older brothers friends had the same condition, he had shoe size 52 as a 13 year old, my brother has large feet for being normal size (47) but 52 is something else. Anyway my brother is tuirning 42 this summer and i dont think his friend Marcus is alive anymore
See indias great khali
well many people with gigantism have it because of a brain tumor wich is the cause of not living for long
He can start by buying a treadmill, or an elliptical.
Dude you are TOTALLY righteous! You’ll go far in whatever you choose to do. Keep challenging the norm man because the norm is the last place you want to be 🤙🏻
Yes! Love this! -Jases mom
Forget going "straight to the NBA", Jase has a future as a stand up comedian! Had me in stiches. Thank you for sharing your story with us Jase!
Dude, yes!! XD
The thing that bugs me about being tall is that you're almost expected and pushed on by society to play basketball. Like depending on what family you're born into, being tall automatically means that you're going to be playing basketball. And those types of people raised with that mindset then proceed to ask me "do you play basketball." Where I then ask "Do you play basketball?" They say no, I say back to them "I don't either, that makes two of us. I'm tall, not a jock."
So awesome, I had to remind myself that that was quite funny and straight answer for 10 year old😮
@@greego5952The basketball talk wasn't that serious, (or maybe it is in his head because he's a little kid). He also says he's slower than other kids and can't run as fast. He isn't just tall, he has other health problems and other than being very large and strong for his age, doesn't seem to be particularly athletic in other ways.
He is hilarious!

Sorry, but I love that LeBron destroyed this kid. "Easy game, I'm gonna dunk on these people". Come on Bron, show him a little respect

"Straight to the NBA, just call the Lakers now" 😂
Obnoxious personality, arrogant a young age. You can be confident without being cocky, to bad his mom didnt teach him that. Seems she didnt taught him how to eat healthy either, perhaps he's trying to beat another record, the most obese- self centred kid in the world, what a title
I can actually see him as a future comedian! He says a lot with his eyes and expression as well.
@@allaboutroofing2if he looses weight he might make it to the league.

What a cool kid. Keep your positive outlook on life! You will go very far in life.
This kid is truly a gentle giant.
Well, he doesn't exactly seem gentle! :D
@@ZerosiiniFIN thought the same
@@ZerosiiniFIN - he said football, and I physically hurt imagining him as a defensive lineman. He'd be the next Vince Wilfork but have to be blocked by three offensive linemen instead of two.
Yea he doesn't appear gentle. I just hope he realizes his strength. Coaches need to work with this one.
I got tested for this ALL the time when I was a kid. I turned out to be 6'9 as a adult. I never had it tho. I was 6'3 at 13 and 6'6 at 16 then I hit 6'8 at 19 And didn't grow any more.
26 inches at birth? That's incredible. He owes his mum a coffee when he starts working.
Or the copay for bladder surgery 😭
My third daughter was 9 lbs 3 oz. & 24.6 inches long but she's at a common height now. I've always wondered why.
That must have been a difficult birth
I wonder why he has to wait for the surgery?
@@tammyorr721 Because he is just 10, he would always stay a child.
men i just love his spirit ...SHOUT OUT TO MAMA...excellent job
I can totally relate when she said ppl thought she wasnt disciplining her child. I have an 11yo with autism n intellectual deficiency disorder. His brain functions like a 3yo..a 3yo with autism at that!! So he has publc tantrums n meltdowns..he touches things in stores sometimes that hes not supposed to..he doesn't talk in full sentences n sometimes just points n makes noises..he has a hard time controlling the volume of his voice etc. He has absolutely no physical abnormalities so just looking at him you would never know anything is wrong with him. He looks like a "normal 11yo" Ive gotten the worst looks n comments in public n have gotten into verbal altercations with ppl bc they have made comments abt him or my parenting. The world is so harsh. This boy is a gem! He has the best personality n i hope he goes far in life. U are doing a great job mama. Sending tons of love❤❤
This is totally different. You're allowing your kid to be bad because he has autism comparing it to a 3 year old looking like a 10 year old. My brother has severe autism and gets disciplined and acts right. Don't make excuses. Be better.
@@JusBellAndAriwhat on earth gave you that idea? Your brother is not the same as her child. The kid has the mental capacity of a 3 year old so he acts like a 3 year old. That does not mean he is not being disaplined. 3 year olds are hard work anyway but autistic 3 year olds are probably even harder to deal with not to mention the fact that she has to deal with comments from uneducated people like yourself who think she just has a really badly behaved 11 year old. Be better
I’m so glad he had a much more positive mindset to being tall. I am just shy of 7’2 and I was about two inches shorter than him at his age. No gigantism on my end but I was subject to the teasing and bullying that came with it. So glad he has a positive outlook on life at such a young age!
You're parents failed you. If you're 7'0 tall you have a 25% of making the NBA by default.
Most kids just want to fit in. His mama has worked very hard to instill in him being different can be great! I think it helps he's in a football town for sure.
I think tell people are cool
All the girls like tall too…
If I was 7'2 I be getting all the ladies on easy mode, my brother
Schools should provide accommodations for his seating needs. Alternative seating/desk set up that work for his specific needs. Bless you Jase!
Great idea! I will ask when he gets in middle school!
@jillwatkins78. Are you his mom
I know, can't be so hard. Get the high schooler/adult desks!
Yeah, I work in a hospital and I had a patient with 2.04 meters. He couldn't lay in the hospital bed without curving his legs and torso. Society should provide accomodations to little and tall people because otherwise their won't be able to access many services comfortably like education and health! There should be more regulations regarding aceaaibility to tall people, and when I mean tall, I mean tall like him and my patient
His condition could possibly qualify him as a disabled individual depending on the limitations his condition creates to his daily life. Also, if not now, perhaps in the future depending. If it affects his ability to access academic setting, I would expect he could receive accommodations through his school district. I wonder if the family have looked into this with his doctors and elementary school. @@umi2751

Oh man his mom almost made me cry, as an autistic person I was always taught to hide my differences but to hear a parent say it should be celebrated and that he was put here to be different just gives me hope for other kids. Differences absolutely should be celebrated, the world would be very boring without them.

Mom has done a fabulous job. How positive and confident is Jase.
You’re so sweet! Thank you!
she made him fat though taking an even greater toll on his body
I don't have gigantism but I've always been in the 99th percentile for height. At his age I was 5'7". I was always the tallest kid in every class, even taller than 99% of teachers by middle school. I'm fully grown now at just over 6'. As a girl it was very difficult, especially because I wasn't allowed to play sports. I'm much more comfortable in my skin now. I love his enthusiasm! Stay sweet!
Thanks for mentioning that bc my daughter has had such a hard time that I about cried watching this. I'm super happy for him and am certain he's going to do amazing things, but it just made me so sad for the girls who just dont get to have a great experience w it💔 its been quite hard socially, medically, emotionally, physically etc. Anyway, wishing you all the best on your journey!💓

Beautiful kid, I really hope he pursues whatever he wants to
Mom is so smart, you can tell she goes above & beyond to be part of his health care team, not just his mom/advocate. Granny is lovely. What a lucky kid to have a grandma who is so present and just loves connecting with who he is at his core. Jase is a comedian at heart and is ready for anything. He truly seems like he can’t wait for whatever is presented in life, and wants to laugh the whole way through. Hope he grows to love seeing his own reflection. There’s goodness pouring out of it, his body holds all the ingredients to help him shine!! ❤
This was beautiful! Thank you for your kind words. As Jase’s mom, we are so very proud of our boy and his siblings!
He is obese, and smart moms don't have obese kids'
I feel he likes being tall but does not like being overweight.
His breathing is very labored at this point and could be a problem down the road.
I applaud his confidence Never dim your shine because of others insecurities.
I worry puberty won't be able to do it's thing once he hits it as that can very well convert to estrogen from the extra fat cells so he'll just keep growing tall. Body needs testosterone to close the growth plates and that's at 18 to 21. He may well grow to be past 8ft tall. Think of Robert Wadlow except he was thinner.
@@Soldier4yah77 He won't be able to play basketball if he doesn't get growth dampeners causes hes gonna have problems
@@DavFN123 His mom needs to get him on dampeners asap before he grows too tall and heavy. His knees could end up giving out as did with Igor Vovkovinskiy 7ft 8. Due to his size his heart could struggle to keep up which is another major risk they have to keep an eye on.

As a mother to a 10 yr old who is 6’ tall & 250lbs with Autism & a very rare chromosomal deletion & duplication, I completely understand this boy’s situation 🩷 gentle giant for sure ❤ what a sweetheart ❤
My son does NOT have any forms of gigantism, he just has really tall genes. I am 6’5” & dad is 6’2”. But my husband had an uncle that was 7’ tall. Our geneticist thinks Kota will be around 6’9-7’0 tall. He was a big baby too, born premature at 32 weeks & he was 6lbs 11oz & 19” long.
My son is the sweetest kid, he gets treated like a teenager all the time, and when we tell people that he is only 10, they think we are lying. We’ve even been asked for his birth certificate when we went into an amusement park.
It’s impossible for him to wear what other kids his age are wearing because he is sooo big. I worry about his shoe size getting too big too fast. He is already wearing a size 13 in men’s shoes. He also plays football & has a hard time being aggressive ❤
