I've made a front, back, and side purse. And it can be challenging. The problem with these purses is that a flat side meets a bumpy side. If you can manage to weave them together, it turns out fine. Hope that helps :)

I modified it from one on there. The penguin with a red Mohawk was the one I used for the from. The back is completely my own design.

It would be a little different. you'd want to make your panels differently. You want the bumpy edge on the left and right sides to make it easier to math up the two side panels. I've never made a bag like that so I'm just guessing. I would check to see if there is a tutorial on that. Or ask someone who has made one before.

When you design it on a pattern maker or when you first make the skeleton make them opposite.

I have a question...I'm going to make a bag soon that has front, back and side panels...I was wondering if attaching panels that way is that same as attaching a bag that is 2 panels.
