I agree with the outcome but which i dont agree is that the Ap section of dio. It is not city block at all. We seen Star platinum capable to vacuum suck a town sized stand which enyaba stand. We seen Jolyne capable to destroy relavistic small meteors which put her in Large town. And Jotaro largely upscale his daughter. There even the sun stand lasers and Heavy weather report stuff that we can use that which Dio still upscale.

I think something that isn't brought up enough is that unless you have a specialized ability, even those with cursed energy don't see dismantles, which is the real danger for any opponent. The ability to launch highly damaging projectiles that the opponent can't see 99% of the time is an insane advantage in any matchup in which he isn't massively outclassed.
Jotaro and DIO would upscale from the Sun stand which lit up an entire desert which was calced between City and Mountain level, and Justice blatantly created an entire town with its fog to which Star Platinum inhaled the stand. Speed has calcs off both Hanged Man and the Sun stand’s focused laser which are consistently between FTL, with the Hanged Man scaling being anywhere from 300x FTL to (if you wank to the highest) 25,000x FTL with 1,500x FTL being the more consistent high end of the calc. Sukuna is never tagging DIO as his best speed scaling is off of Kashimo, whose best attack speed would be EM Waves being 2.5x FTL in a vacuum, or .9x LS when factoring the environment he fought Sukuna in. Sukuna can realistically upscale from Dagon’s Domain which created a small island which is between mountain and island level (anime version is blatantly island level given Ocean Depth). DIO blitzes, Sukuna can kill him if he hits his head. Time Stop and punch barrage probably win if you midball Sukuna and Highball DIO, Sukuna timestalls for the Sun otherwise.

Domain expansions have edges, and Dagon's "island" isn't even a full island. The endless ocean is just visuals since the area Megumi opened his domain in is where the edge of Dagon's domain was.
Sukuna can still kill him via domain sure hit regardless of the speed difference Sukuna’s ap is consistently higher, if you take into account anime he cleared the skies full of clouds in his fight with Mahoraga (which should be around island level) and Jacob’s ladder also cleared the skies when used against Sukuna. He also scales massively above character with city level attacks (such as Jogo) and scales to Gojo who could make earthquakes after being released.
Just the pure speed difference breaks the match up to the the point it can be argued that DIO doesn't even need time stop to win. But if he uses it, it's just overkill.

I can agree with Dio being stronger with the OP abilities he has, but every fight Dio has been in, he has lost (not all of them *kakyoin*) because he plays with his opponents believing he has the advantage in every way so I can see Sukuna exploiting that and killing Dio. Plus, in character, Dio wasted his timestops, so Sukuna is just gonna fire a dismantle to cancel the timestop (it can be canceled since as Dio was about to stop time, Jotaro hit him that it canceled out the time stop).
one thing you got wrong, Jojo is the series with the most inconsistent scaling. maybe it better in the manga but from what I have watched in the anime it is so inconsistent. from Kars cant catch a WW2 era plane but people giving him light speed scaling etc., same with Dio using a car to escape from Jotaro.... I can keep going.

@@KingKosuu because if we equalize the Verses power systems that means Dios time stop would be a CT and Dios stand a shikigami, and if that's the case Sukuna domain diffs since if you lose a domain clash or get caught in a domain you go into CT burnout meaning Dio won't be able to use time stop and immediately gets shredded by malevolent shrine. So by that logic Sukuna wins if we assume he's going all out, however without it Dio probably wins but it heavily depends if Dio uses his time stops correctly and not stall, otherwise Sukuna wins.

my take on this is the winner depends solely on the distance dio can travel in a time stop if its less then 200 meters then sukuna wins because he will be able to rip him apart with his domain before he reaches him but if its greater then 200 meters then dio will be able to destory sukuna's head before he can even activate his domain but is also assuming that they start at atleast 200 meters apart from each other so its also fair to mention that if they start in close combat range dio wins without a doubt
Thing is they both play with their food,Dio can't outright punch his cleaves or dismantle while Sukuna can't see his stand, so it pretty much comes down to who is getting serious first.
I don't think so really, let's remember Dio is faster than light and of course fighting speed doesn't equal to travel speed, but in stardust in the last jotaro vs dio, Dio stops time, goes around to look for a road roller, throws it at jotaro and still has like 4 seconds left of his 11 seconds to attack, so yeah Dio travel time is not something to be understated either
3:30 dio didn't lose space ripper stingy eyes, they're also not lasers it's vampiric fluid shot from his eyes, the only reason why he didn't use it during part three is because dio's whole goal was to gain more vampiric power by consuming jostar blood, so shooting out vampiric essence like that wouldn't help him achieve that.
i think base sukuna is getting beat but sukuna in megumis body probably could cause i like the idea of mahoraga adapting to time stop and developing a different kind of world slash through those methods

This isnt planetary, but when gojo left the prison realm, he caused an earthquake by affecting the subduction zone, that should be around continental. And Sukuna was able to match Gojo and xone out on top, this was also whilst he was in a weaker body. Sukuna xould also possibly have cleaves/ imantles engulf his body like he did when he caught Yutas sword. But otherwise if they are going all out time stop seems like a hella op ability to have. So Dio should win.

Dio upscales Heavy weather report bc Star platinum was stated to be the strongest ever in part 6. Heavy weather is stated to be able to completly erase the ozone layer if it wanted and doing extremly fast do to so. Which put it in potency in multi-continent. Star platinum didnt get any stronger but only stated for its stamina being weaker.
