When she says Clara mente it comes across as clearly but Clara is the girlfriend's name. She gets a shot in at the mother in law also. This producer/dj bizarrap is known for doing these sessions mainly with reggaeton & Latin rap/trap artists so on occasion some of them go on there & throw a diss track. Shakira has been releasing music that addresses the phases of her breakup & this lent itself to it. While they have a certain style & setup: the lighting is always that tone, the artists at the mic, biza in the background hyping it all up with gestures; they’re not meant to be a big production. The lyrics are translated but it doesn’t have the same impact in English because there is a play on words using everyday Spanish words that allow her to name drop her ex & the woman he cheated with: splash in Spanish is salpique & his last name is Pique, clearly in Spanish is claramente & the other woman’s name is Clara.

Bizarrap started this no more than 5 years ago with his friends now artists in Argentina, some from Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela.
