Harbour Cafe Grundarfjordur, Iceland - Poisonous Greenland Shark

Grundarfjordur cruise ship harbor - Harbour Cafe serves the Icelandic delicacy of fermented poisonous Greenland shark.
On the menu they call it the Viking Experience. If you are on a quest to experience local foods, drinks, meet other tourists and locals alike. This is a must stop, it’s right next to the cruise ship port. They have all kinds of food on the menu however, the Viking Experience was definitely an interesting must try dish for us.

I enjoyed watching this, it's the first time I have heard of an Iceland fermented shark that tastes like ammonia.
Looks like a fun place to have lunch.
