I like in MERU how he talks about his mom lamenting that her son is homeless and wanders around the world . . . I get the feeling this guy would be successful in whatever he decided to do.

Congrats to Jimmy for climbing Meru. Probably the most difficult climb in the world (aside from free solo el cap or K2 without O), not only did he climb it but he filmed most of it you can check it out on Netflix.

It's all about finding a passion. The only difference between Jimmy and a homeless guy is education and passion. Most people don't have passion, and that's why they fail.
Being mountaineer you should have a good condition with your health, and focus a lot since we encounter a trouble.

I have an opportunity to go to yosemite for two weeks. my parents won't let me because of school but I know it wouldn't put me behind. at least not enough to take away from the experience
