I am trying to decide between a mini mag or the dinette. As of right now I want to hang the feeder but eventually may put it on a post. I just really can't decide. Out of those two feeders which one do you think is better? I noticed on the mini mag i could buy the pole mount one because it has hooks on the side if i was to hang it but not sure how sturdy that would be in the wind rather than the feeder that has the cable attached. I appreciate your input.
I built a Catio for my cat so he doesn't kill birds/squirrels anymore. Then went and bought $700 worth of Birdie stuff"Eco Tough" @ Wild Birds Unlimited in northern NM.
@@deniseaukerman I take it off at least once a year when I have the power washer out and give it a good cleaning but most of the time I just use the water hose spay nozzle and a brush to work it over.
Let’s talk birds and bird feeders lol. Great program. Thanks..
Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to do this video. Do you by chance have a link to this feeder? Thank you!
@@KaitlinStone-px2yp Thanks for watching. The link is in the description below the video. Just click on it he more to expand the description.

Bravo for protecting your birds.
Does this feeder already have pre-drilled holes on the underside to mount or do they have to be drilled?
You have to drill the holes. A good mounting plate generally comes with the screws.
@@MarksBackyardBirdsThe company should change that to where the customer does not have to do that 👎
@@JujuPig-vz5mq There are many different mounting plates available so they couldn't possibly predrill for all of them.
Hi Mark! How do you occasionally clean the pole mounted feeder for esthetic purposes? Do you just take a hose to it?

Could you add a suet feeder to the side? Do you recommend that arrangement?
Yes, some companies attach them but the adaptable suet cage from Birds Choice have mounting holes and screws for that ver application
Nice Feeder but I was put off by the price.
They are pricy but they are built from high quality material that will last forever and they are all hand built in Indiana.
