These courses typically feature rolling quick fairways where a center shot down the fairway off the tee is no indication that you'll be in the short grass at all, in fact its no indication that you'll be able to find your ball at all. Then the greens are very , very quick. As one of the announcers at the Masters said a few years back.... They don't mow these greens... they use bikini wax. !!!
