    I made Pierniczki nadziewane with this recipe. It came out just right.

    I just made these tonight. They are pretty good! However, I used kings Arthur gf flour, and I found that they came out a little dry. Icing helped. The flavor is delicious.

      If I remember right, King Arthur's flour is pretty gritty. That's probably why. You could try them again with a little less flour, like 35 grams (1/4 cup) less.

    Do these cookies have to be frozen or refrigerated? I was going to mail some to some friends.

    I wish i knew the amount measurements of this recipe and the floor tortilla recipe. I saw the video even clicked the link to the recipe, and doesn't say the amount.
