I wish you would use cups and teaspoons instead of grams and measures. There are two camps and I want to measure. All your recipes look amazing. I too am gluten free. I am going to try the gluten free sourdough bread. It looks easier than others and when you said even after two days you don't have to toast it. Girl.... you get it. Totally.

I do use both cups and grams in almost all of my recipes, but I have to say that grams are SO much more accurate and are really the best way to go. I haven't used a cup measure in Idk how long.
