- Dr. Howard Schneider of Jacksonville, Florida is accused of sadistic, serial child abuse for intentionally inflicting pain on his child patients. Prosecutors are accusing him of committing fraud. Many of his patients are disabled and low-income, and he is accused of doing unnecessary work to milk Medicaid out of millions of dollars. Crime Watch Daily's Ana Garcia speaks with mother Sherraine Christopher, who filmed her son screaming during a dental procedure. Garcia also interviews a deaf couple whose son Dominic Balser claimed the doctor choked him. Balser said he was screaming at the doctor's office and that his mother couldn't hear him.

Yes, he should lose his license. No doubt about that. But his mind is going. It's only in the last year or so that he has been this way. It's dementia, and his dental technicians should have intervened a long time ago.

St. Simons Island, Ga is a beautiful place where the "good doctor" is now residing. Makes me even more mad to think that he's living somewhere so beautiful and tranquil after the agony he put these poor kids and their families through!!! I agree the nurses helping him should also be held accountable!!! Unbelievable that he is not in prison!!
If my kid was screaming like that I woul thell the to stop and would go to other place. Honestly, this is horrific. The only parent who has an excuse is the one who was deaf.

Jennifer Goley it’s the man not medicine. There are great medical professionals and other professionals who deal with ones who need assistance from our government. You can go to another country and face similar issues. There are evil people who hold positions of power and authority. Evil people who are wealthy and impoverishment.

I thought I was crazy just last month when I took my child (to the only dentist in town that takes Medicaid) in for a tooth ache and he wanted to take out all 4 of her wisdom teeth at the same time. Truth is we let him do it. But she wasn't even complaining about that. Agh! This is for sure an awakening
Tisa Maxwell - Getting all four out at once is common practice now, Medicaid or not. I had a toothache 2 years ago and got my wisdom teeth taken out. They took all four even though only one had started to come out. It saves you money, and it saves the kid from having to go under anesthesia more than once bc it’s expensive and can be dangerous. I wouldn’t worry about the fact that they wanted to take all four out. I would be worried if they said they were gonna take 4 wisdom teeth out and she came out with no front teeth or something.

The only thing they show is him putting a cap on and a child yelling, just like children do at dentists.
That's no proof he done anything in the video. Just a child screaming, just like I used to as a child at the dentist from hearing the drill thinking it was going to hurt.

He should be held accountable and so should all of the assistants in the room while those children were screaming. I’d never allow a doctor of any kind to continue their “treatment” if I heard ONE SINGLE scream from my child. Yes, kids can CRY during visits but those screams were way beyond the norm. We (parents) are sometimes the only protection our children have.

This man needs to go to prison regardless of his age or mental state. He traumatized a bunch of children including me. I'm in my 20s now and I still remember how fearful he made me of dentists. I remember I was strapped in one of those red things in the chair too and woke up midway through the procedure. I also asked him could I see my mom and he told me no and to shut up. But good job justice system lmao you really did your job here

If he has dementia, his terrible behavior is a common sign. They get really mean at first -- before you notice the typical signs of memory loss and disorientation.

Child shouldn't be forced to be in that chair. That dentist is definitely a sadist taking advantage of small helpless children and clueless parents. Those chair straps will haunt me now.
All chargers were dropped. Not only did he get away with it, but he also got to keep the money from all the suffering he inflicted on the children. Only question left now is if anyone knows were he currently lives. I'm sure people are just dying to interview him.

I've been to the dentist a ton of times as kid. Sure it wasn't pleasant, but I never screamed like that. I don't know if I could have stopped myself from intervening.

I can’t even handle watching that poor baby scream let alone be there recording. I would of jumped up so fast and got my baby up. No dental procedure is worth my child in that much agony. It’s our jobs to protect our babies. I get wanting proof but putting your child through that is not worth it.
