Every excuse in the book plus all her lies. She deserves every day she has to sit in jail.
I don't know what this woman is talking about, not having a reason to lie. I would think staying out of jail is one of the best reasons to lie that there is.
She has no reason to lie. She doesn't have to lie. Except she has literally every reason to lie. And absolutely has to lie.
She admitted to doing nothing. So how does she have no reason to lie? Probably don't commit crimes if you have an autistic child.
And then don't use that autistic child as a shield from the consequences of your actions.
5:30 Well if you don’t have the finances to get to probation or whatever, don’t break the law. Stop making excuses for things you HAVE to do as a consequence of your *own* actions.

I agree I don’t think she’ll turn herself in then use the excuse that she told the judge she can’t make it.
Judge Simpson does not put up with obvous BS. Great judge, we need more like him in our Country. He has heard more BS in his life as a judge than any of us will ever hear. Good man for sure!😎

"I have no reason to lie to you." Yes! Yes you do. A strong desire to get out of jail and responsibility of her actions. Using her child as a defense is despicable act too. It was also interesting to see the look on Michael Olson's face as Judge Simpson admonishes Marquita for her non-actions. At the start of the second case, I was going to feel sorry for Mr. Stanley since the first case had Judge Simpson just a little riled up. But then, he opened his mouth. I have expect him now to be sued by Verizon for his rather snarky and misspoken "Can you see me now.."
When she aked how she was supposed to get there without transportation the judge should have told her to walk.

Well, if your focus is on race, that's all you're going to see. Meanwhile, reality shows the rest of us that those issues are prevalent for women and men who aren't black. But if seeing this as a solely/mostly "black" issue provides you with a sense of superiority, I guess that's what you'll do.
