I love how judge Simpson doesn't even have to look over at the bailiff. He just says Mr. Allen❤
When he says " MR. ALLEN " It's not going to end well.
I have noticed this too!
Whenever you hear MR. ALLEN that Judge Simpson saying i dare you, that fool won't be able to get away from that Podium good before this man is on his a**, MR. ALLEN staying there like gon head try me 🫵🤣
Not for the defendant - but we appreciate seeing Mr. Allen (aka "Buffliff").
@@alisong2328doesn’t work. How about Bailift? Bufficer Allen?
Mr. Allen is a heavy weight.
Mr. Allen's expression never changes. He's just taking care of business. All day...every day. He's watching what is going on at all times. No games. He's great at his job for Judge Simpson.
He is a true professional.
Occasionally, we do see him crack a smile and chuckle at something. I don't think I've ever seen him outright laughing though.
Mr Allen is a looker! 😍🥰😌😉🫣🤭
@@nancygreen1655Yes he is.
The connection between the Judge and Mr. Allen is AWESOME
It's always good when Judge Simpson says "Mister Allen" and we're not even three minutes into the hearing! 👨🏿⚖️👏🏾
Mr Allen is the goat. Love that bailiff.
I had to look that up! I agree!
I often wonder if Deputy Beefcake knows how many fans he has on RUclips. 😂 He’s very much appreciated!
@@Thurston86I definitely appreciate him. And his biceps.
Some call him "Buffliff!"
@@Thurston86Beef cake good one love it ❤😅
Love that Judge Simpson is always mindful of protecting victims and the general public. A Judge that fulfills his oath of office. America needs more Judges like him.
Exactly. He isn’t one of those despicable judges who victim blame (anyone who’s watched other courts knows exactly who the judges are I’m referring to). Judge Simpson is sharp and understands criminal psychology so well, he is able to sense BS straight away.
As with law enforcement officers, I believe most judges try their hardest to be faithful to their oaths. Often, when something seems seems to lack justice, the problem is with the laws themselves and not the judge. In many cases, the judges find their hands tied because of the underlying law. There are bad judges, like bad cops, but most are honorable and do the best the can in an imperfect system.
Judge Simpson for Supreme Court 🥳🥳
If Mr Allen moves behind you during the hearing, you KNOW you are going to jail.
Was going to comment the same exact thing!
the bailiff's name is Mr. Allen? never knew his name but the first time i saw him i thought he was way too fine to be a cop........ damn fine looking man!
@@DBZluvzI agree
Judge Simpson may have the carrot but Mr. Allen is the stick.
@@willy480able That's a great observation.
I don't even have to watch the rest. As soon as Buffliff stepped behind him I know he's remanded.
JUDGE SIMPSON , DOES NOT APPRECIATE WHEN THE DEFENDANT IS TRYING TO CALL THE SHOTS! YOU KNOW ITS NOT GOOD WHEN JUDGE SIMPSONS BALIF STANDS BEHIND HIM! SEE YA!
I wouldn't want to mess with Mr Allen. Be a good fella to go have a beer with. We could invite Judge Simpson along too.
Can you imagine how much fun Judge Simpson would be in a relaxed, non working environment. 😂
I'm coming too, I'll be the designated driver. I just don't want Mr. Allen standing behind me. Judge Simpson is such a good man, I would love to hear his war stories.
I love the way Judge Simpson says those two little words, "Mr. Allen," which lets us know the defendant will not be leaving through the regular doors.
Jerk defendant is too smug
Can they not do something about this terrible sound system 😡
I found it very difficult to hear what was said also with the noise from others in the courtroom!! 😩😩
When Mr. Allen stands behind you, dont be an ass.
Accept your situation.
Yup... just go on and put your hands behind your back.
When he said "Mr. Allen" i thought he was addressing the lawyer to hear what he had to say and then i saw that fine hunk of man making his way behind the defendant. Now im clear
"Mister Allen" are my favorite words in Judge Simpson 's courtroom!
Like Daenerys he sports several titles; Mr. Allen, Hot Bailiff, Holder of the Glorious Top Knot, Wrangler of the Unworthy, the Loincloth Moistener.
Lots of us listen for that…🤣
You gotta love the way the judge says Mr. Allen and he just moves into his position right behind the defendant.
love Judge Simpson and Mr Allen!! 😁😊
Crime fighting duo!
Lawyer is Full of it, and Defendant is Too
What? The lawyer is just doing their job and they did it well. Are you drunk or just stupid?
I just love it when the judge say Mr. Allen. Like Batman and Robin😂😂😂😂
Ot oh…….eye candy Allen is in position!
The nerve of that last attorney asking for a PR bond for his client after he violated his bond. What in the hell was he thinking. He's as crazy as his client.
They ask, it’s advocating for their client. Even knowing it’s not going to be granted, it on the record. The client can’t file later under “ inadequate defense “ that the attorney didn’t fully and correctly defend him. You can look at it as “ticking all the appropriate boxes.”
It is called "doing their job", you should look it up, might learn something!!
I won't be rude about it, but our system of justice demands that defense attorneys be zealous advocates for their clients. I am positive you would want all of that if you are ever accused of a crime. Everyone should remember our justice system is based on the concept that it is better to allow ten guilty men go free than deprive one innocent man of his freedom.
The 'J' is for justice!
@debdanton2295 Are you serious? Judge Simpson's full name is Justice Cedric Simpson? If so, he surely chose the right profession! And, he's AWESOME! Simpson, Bryant, Boyd, Middleton, Manning...those are my favorites, in that order.
Judge you are not man to be played with or lied to.PERIOD😂
When Judge Simpson said MR. ALLEN i couldn't stop lmmfaooo 🫵🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, MR. ALLEN i dare you 💪🔥💯
Yeah, my husband hates it when I call out “Mr. Allen!”, too!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lolol
😂
Nice!!😂😂😂
Its amazing how the bailiff knows when to stand behind the defendant 😅
It's amazing that someone goes to where they are asked to go?
“ MR ALLEN !
If you're in the hospital when your preliminary hearing happens, you never have to show up for court. It's in the Constimatutions of the Untied Stakes.
did you misspell constipation?
@@elitereptilian200 😂😂😂😂😂😂
As soon as that rather dashing young bailiff goes down behind the defendant you KNOW they ain’t going home! 😂
2 seconds in and I can already tell this is gonna go south quick. Arms crossed like he don’t care and doesn’t wanna be there.
Literally no defendant has ever wanted to be in court genius lol
Mr. Allen needs entrance music
He needs his own channel!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Gotta Love Handsome Mr. Allen ❤❤❤
MR. ALLEN = BOND REVOKED!!
Mr Allen is fine!!
He SHOULD go to jail! The only reaason he is there today is because he was picked up. Plea by mail?! That's BS.
LOVE Judge Simpson and Mr. Allen!
Thank-you for this episode C & C! ❤😊
A sovereign citizen aggravated stalker. Weird how a guy who’s so vehemently defensive of his right to not be bothered can’t stop bothering someone else
Go directly to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200!!
I Liked for Mr. Allen. For Creedence and Mikey . . . Baba Booey Baba Booey!!
I'll gladly hit the like for Mr. Allen. I'm sure Judge Simpson is very happy to have a man like him in court.
This defendant is a bad seed.
I love it when Judge Simpson says “Mr Allen” & he moves behind the defendant! If it were me I’d be terrified 😮
Conveyor belt of crime...
Oh wow I’m glad that zoom court watchers are now referring to Mr. Allen by his name instead of “The Hot Bailiff” although there’s only like 40 comments so far and the night is young lol
Why can't I hit 500 likes for Mr. Allen? Always HOT AF!
I now understand what you mean… yes. Sometimes I wish you could do more than like a video
@@mikeydflyingtoaster - He is one fine man, that is for sure.
Bay bay hey hey say say hay hay.. 😂
This guy has to be a conservative. In the values that he pushes, he has to be the whole rant about the other judge, giving him a bond, especially a low bond after he didn't show up for 2 court hearings. That's insane, and that's why our Justice system is failing at the moment. If the guy is a clear flight risk and he's flaking. You don't go easy on him. You don't give him more reason not to show up.
“Mister Allen” has got to be my favorite 😂
I couldn't hear more than about 30% of what anybody was saying.
Hitting ‘like’ for. Mr. Allen. 😊
If looks could kill!
When you have to turn sideways to walk between two people you’re officially a big human being
Gotta love when Judge Simpson says "Mr. Allen". We all know what's coming.
It amazes me, that these defense attorneys haven't picked up on the fact that the minute they minimize or excuse away their clients violent actions, or in some way assert that the victims contributed to those violent actions, he denies bond reductions.
The difference in thinking you're smart and actually being smart is as far away as the south pole is from the north pole. Some jailhouse lawyer told him to send that plea by mail and they would squash it. That only works in Wayne County. Let's see how smart he feels being in jail for a while.
'Quosh' not 'squash'! 😅
Judge Simpson has inadvertently made Mr. Allen a celebrity
Your goal in Judge Simpsons courtroom is to not have Mr allen babysit you to make sure you behave yourself. I personally couldnt concentrate knowing a man that could easily choke me out is waiting on the signal to do so.
👍 😂😂😂😂
Why show an empty seat so often, makes no sense?
Actually it makes perfect sense. You just don't understand how the technology works lol
Sometimes you just look at someone
and you know they're a bullsh*t artist
The sound is terrible. Can't hear what they're saying.
The guy constantly coughing is picked up perfectly well.
Use the transcript
Try using CC. That's what I do when I can't understand what they're saying.
Catching charges-plural on bond is diabolical and trying to finesse judge while in jail in another county. 😖🤨🤡💀🤣🤣🤣🤣
Quite possibly my favorite judge
Agreed that Mr Allen is one of if not THE best bailiffs out there!! On a different note - we need better audio equipment (it seems) at the podium & the prosecutor's table. Even when they speak up its not always clear audio, I hardly ever hear a defendant's words at the podium! I absolutely love Judge Simpson (Mr Allen too!) & will alway continue to watch, being able to hear everything being said would help make watching more understanding of everything going on, & more 'enjoyable' to watch!
Lol they can't have jurisdiction over him because he's a resident in another county? Lol, there you have it, commit crimes in other counties and states and you can't be tried!
Kicking ass and taking names.
Ohhhh I just love this judge, he’s great…….
In the hospital for GERD. wow he must have been there for what 6 hours max??? His attorney makes it seem like he was hospitalized for weeks
2:25... "Mr Allen." I love this double-act... Every time I see the Hon. JCS I wait to see the man slowly and gently walk forward and take up his new position. For me it is the No.1 moment of every courtroom vlog on YT.
yup.. it is all over when you hear "Mr. Allen" 😅
I loveeee judge Simpson’s bailiff ❤
MISTER ALLEN, WE LOVE YOU!!!
It’s always a gas to hear defense attorneys obfuscate (dance around the truth) when everybody knows that the assistant prosecutors *ALWAYS HAVE THE TRUTH!!* You think they’d learn, but it’s more entertaining that they don’t, lmao!
I'm curious as to why in Judge Simpsons court when people plead guilty they are found guilty but are sentenced by another judge at a later date, yet in Judge Boyds court, defendants plead guilty and are immediately sentenced. Is this a difference in laws between Michigan and Texas? Thank you to anyone who can answer this question? 😊
I'm not exactly sure what cases you're referring to, but when a case about violation of probation, the Judge will rule immediately after listening to their plea of 'true' or 'not true'. If the plea is 'true' in the full knowledge of the possible repercussions of pleading true to violation(s), then there is no potential possible objection to a Judge's objectivity, no chance of changing that plea, and no need to defer sentence. It's therefore dealt with on the spot.
The laws are different. Most of Judge Boyd's offenders are in violation and it appears that they are held longer in custody than the norm. In Michigan, before getting sentenced you are required to have a PSI report. Pre Sentence Report. Occasionally, you may see a defendant ask for immediate sentencing. But it's rare. When you take a plea deal, you already know what your sentence is going to be. I hope this helps.
Thank you! I appreciate.
Someday, someone is going to to hunt down and create the "Mr. Allen" compilation. Even if it were a long video, millions of fans would watch every minute of it. Also, I have seen enough Judge Simpson videos that, sometimes, Mr. Allen does not need any prompting. By now, Mr. Allen can read the room and determine/recognize that the defendant needs a pair of bracelets. Wonderful!
I've seen that as well, must be a great connection between Mr. Allen and Judge Simpson!
I love Mr. Allen
Who else wants to see Judge Simpson and Deputy Allen in a crime fighting tv show?
Within 5 minutes the defendant goes from all smiles and jokes to almost crying. 😂😂😂😂
Mr. Allen!!
Judge Simpson called "Mr. Allen". What did he pick up on that I missed?
I think it's because the defendant was picked up by police instead of showing up on his own.
When Judge Simpson says Mr. Allen, it's because the judge has decided to arrest the defendant. In this case because the defendant didn't turn himself in he was arrested & the defendant has sent in a letter about his case rather than come to court, claiming Judge Simpson doesn't have jurisdiction over him. That's not a good thing to say to the judge while you are looking all smug.
@@shannonberger4689 Thanks
This defendant runs! 🏃🏿♂️
it's also because the charges against him are domestic violence, with real bad injuries it sounded like
Bailiff moves behind defendant.
Me: “Well that’s not good.”
JS: “Mr Allen.”
Me: “Oh, Sh!t!” 😮🍿
He has such a great sense of humor AND severity
If you hear "Mr. Allen" during your case, you are going to have a very bad day.
Good thing simpson was paying attantion when the prosecutor said " he DID turn up" by accident. Many other judges on here woukd have thought that was the case andtaken it as a good thing
Uncross your damn arms! 😡😡😡
If you're a Defendant in Judge Simpson's Court, the two words you don't want to hear are "Mr. Allen."😮😮😮😮🤭🤭🤭
Simpon , Manning and Wbster my favorite 3 judges
It’s so hard to understand what people are saying
I love when he says “MIS-ter ALL-en” 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝
Howdy y’all
Hello!
I suggest a Mr. Allen emoji! 😂
Sound was lousy other than for the judge.
Not sure anyone that are out there can fix this but let’s try. The mic that the defendants and lawyers are not understandable. Need to fix the prosecution mics, also. You can hear all talking but can not necessarily understand what they are saying. Would appreciate someone checking this out. Than you
Is anyone else having trouble hearing these lately? The sound is really grainy.
Mr. Allen! 🙋🏼♀️🥳
sound on the judge is good but it is hard hearing the defense or the prosecution
Buffy the bailiff is "in position." We know that means someone isn't going home anytime soon.
Would love to have Mr. Allen be a judge someday!
He lost his whole neck? Looks like he found it. 😂😂😂
It's too bad I could only understand every 7th word that was spoken.
