I did one pull on the Summon and as expected I got a hero that I already have, are you planning to do any Sand Empire pulls for this year especially the new Sand hero?

Maybe just 10 pulls, I'll mostly be going big on the costume chamber once all the heros are released in there, at this point all I am really looking for is fast snipers for war offence. I have over 30 maxed now so I can be patient I have a good amount of mats saved up

THAT DAD, what do you think of the #NoSpend movement started by some of the beta players? Do you think it's possible to get SG to change and actually start listening to its players?

I've never been really big on those type of movements personally.....I've seen it in every game I've played on mobile over the last 10+ years.....if I'm done spending I'll stop, but I also spend less than I make on my channel so I keep my budget within reason and dont complain about what I get or dont get. I've played games with way worse prices than empires so I dont see it the same as most probably. I've also been playing for over 3 years and I can tell you that playing ftp now is better than it ever has been, and rewards for being in top competition is better than ever.

@@THATDAD Interesting... It just seems that nowadays to even be in contention for the top competition rewards you need to have more than just the season 1 heroes, and that involves spending a lot of money on a slim chance at getting a good 5* hero. Also, the Hero Academy was supposed to fix the duplicate 5* issue (which SG has promised to fix for 2 years now) but SG refused to listen to their beta testers and released it without fixing the issue at all. It seems pointless to even have beta testers if SG isn't even going to listen to them dontcha think?

Beta testers have fucked shit up too, let's take Jean F for instamce....he originally had 600 burn damage, the players complained too much about him being "OP" so they listened to the testers and nerfed him....a couple months later after he released telluria released and many of us old school players knew that the meta was going to change, now Jean F is essentially useless in this meta and my S1 snipers are better than he is against tellurias....He was made for this meta and beta testers fucked his card up. Every mobile game out there has a pay wall where only the whales can be at the top, as a game is out for a longer period of time this wall between the top whales and everyone else grows larger, that's just how these mobile games are. Again I expect these things to happen in mobile games because it has happened in every mobile game I've played...

@@THATDAD You have to admit that 600 damage was a bit much tho. I mean gravemaker does roughly that to 3 heroes, but jean would've done that to the entire team. 600×5= 3000 damage at fast speed is pretty nuts. Sure, I do think they overnerfed him but he did need a change. But the most recent change with the Hero Academy was supposed to help everyone, and as it is now, i dont see the 5* re-training as helping anyone. It doesnt help new players who cant even get the building for over a year, and it doesnt help veteran players who already probably have most of the season 1 5*s. So who is it really supposed to help?
And i totally get there is a pay wall in most mobile games. It just seems like this one is going at an exponential rate compared to other mobile games. SG/Zynga is more focused on widening that gap than making the game more fun to play and competetive for all players. Zynga is set to make over $1 billion this year. The least they can do is throw their players a bone every now and then and give us stuff we want.
