So far there's nothing special about it.
I've an education channel and I organize all my videos into playlists and remind my audience in each video to follow the playlist, it's not optimal at all, so I was really happy to see this feature.
So far all I can do is mark a playlist as a course, and that's it! it doesn't change anything. I can't upload course documents yet although it's written in the help page, and I can't put a price on courses yet.
I hope they rollout the documents feature soon. This is a big deal.

Oh, yeah - course documents would be important for courses to be really differentiated from a normal playlist... I used to be really organized with our playlists but so few people used them.
Thinking it would be a good time to organize again to be ready for the feature. It's cool you already have the feature; I like how it looks on your channel... Docs for sure to make it complete!

Is this launched to all creators yet? Is there a cap to how much you can charge?

This is slowly rolling out - it's not live for everyone. I dug through the Google support articles to see they already had help for "paid" courses even though it wasn't officially announced yet.
My guess is the limit will be $200ish... I doubt they will allow $1,497 implementation programs
