What would you say are 3 good frequencies to start with if purchasing? Thanks
To people starting out, I’d go with the C 256 and it’s Perfect 5th G. (Plus add an A-432 one). However, I’m not sure if the PLANETARY frequencies resonate as strongly with your body on a cellular level. (These may be the same as the Solfeggio Frequencies of the early Catholic Church chants.) I’m a practicing Catholic, but I’m sticking with Scientific Tuning (A432/C256 hz) until I can research this more clearly. I will address this on my channel when that time comes. Bottom-line: the Solfeggio Frequencies don’t parallel Scientific Tuning. Maybe these frequencies can be useful in a Rife machine that address specific ailments with precisely chosen pitches. But these frequencies don’t relate to sacred geometry and harmonic proportions. The planets are huge, and we are very tiny. Even the Schumann Resonance (the Earth’s atmosphereic frequency) an A note that is far away from A432. It is A444. Which is even higher than Standard A440 concert pitch. But whatever tuning forks you use, avoid A440 hz at all costs. It is completely random, and possibly chosen (historically) to create negative dissonance within us. I believe it’s the Delta tuning fork from the Brain Wave Set. When the Delta fork is struck with the Fundamental fork (included in the set) it creates the binaural beat (frequency that is the difference between the frequencies of the two forks), and this frequency is equivalent to the frequency of Delta brain wave state.
