Since you asked, the chance of 9 blaze kills dropping 8 rods is (if the chance of drop is 50%) 9C8 x 0.5^9, which works out as about 1.76%. Or to put it another way, in every 57 runs, that would probably happen once. Yeah, it’s unlikely.

Couldn't help but notice that at the bottom left of the main menu for the second "speedrun", it reads "version 1.18.1 modded". Clearly the most creative way to hide a modded version of Minecraft I've ever seen.
As a math major, the chances of him getting 8 blaze rods from 9 blazes is a 1.76% chance, according to the binomial power formula. (3:06). I researched, and it is not possible to get more than 4 ender pearls after 1.16.2, and could have only been playing on a snapshot (3:41).
Why did you use the binomial power formula? If the drop rate is a 50/50 then why wouldn’t you multiply that by itself? Also, how is the formula structured?
The guy in the 2nd "speed run" is Lithuanian. When he was speaking I had to rewind and listen to him speak a few times. I recognized it as one of the Baltic/Indo-European languages (which Lithuanian is one of them). Then when the guy came across the chest and sign with *"Endermeno Kiaušas"* on it that had a Enderman spawn egg it helped confirmed it even more. I looked it up and "kiaušas" is Lithuanian for *"egg or an egg".* At first I thought it was a Slovakian type of language. That's why I had to listen to him speaking multiple before he got to the part where he got to the end with a chest and that sign.
in 7:02 he was speaking in Lithuanian. he said "sveiki visi, su jumis sveikinas Jokis ir siandien mes..." translated: Hello everyone It's me Jokis and today we... also the person who gave a blaze spawn egg is a popular Lithuanian singer, his name is Radzis. So I don't think that speedrun was really serious I think it was just a joke or a parody.
Like, all of these are a parody. I don't know if the guy is _actually_ taking these seriously or just playing along, but if he is just playing along then eh, he can make his content any way he wants but I think it makes for kinda weird content, and not in a good way. And if he's actually taking it seriously then... wow.

There is a rough 50% chance for a village to be within 500 blocks from spawn. There is a 1.758% of getting 8 blaze rods out of 9 blazes. The chances of getting that many enderpearls that quick is about 0.00047524%. Then the chances of the Enderman dropping the pearl is 50%. Not counting the chances of the desert temple or lava pool and water, you get 2.0886798e-8%. That number is so astronomically low, that it needs the value E (which means times 10 to the power of -8.) basically imagine 0.00000000001% and you have dream’s speedrun odds.
The funny thing is after watching creators like Rekrap who actually speed run, dreams speed run wasn’t even fast despite all of his “luck.” Like sub 20 minutes is just a fairly average good time for a speedrunner
Dream's speedrun was a long time ago, and at that time, sub 20 minutes was considered very fast. (I'm not defending Dream though, he obviously cheated)

(Custom name on Chest) [Here we have the first instance of a legendary yet kinda bullied Lithuanian musician and TV persona Radžis Aleksandrovičius a.k.a Radži, I'm not going in depth on why he's a meme, but for sure you can thank our media for ingraining such meme persona into our culture]. 8:05 "Oo mes krentam čia" - "Oh we're falling here". 8:12 "Tikrai ne Radžio kirtiklis" - "Absolutely not Radzis' pickaxe" (custom name of pickaxe). 8:18 "Čia labai gerai mum" - "That's very good for us". 8:21 Genuinely cannot understand that, the pronunciation sounds like "taimame" but the closest actual words would be "tai imame" which would translate to "So let's take it". 8:29 "Gerai, mes pastatėm portalą.. Ayundaru went from sarcastically going along with these speedruns to being totally done. That, kids, is the effect of 8 year old kids pretending to be professionals to impress that one girl in their class.
Dream actually admitted to cheating but said he did so unintentionally. Apparently, he used RNG manipulation mods for his Manhunt videos and the modder added singleplayer support despite him telling the modder not to. Assuming the mods wouldn't do anything in singleplayer, he speedran without disabling them first which led to his ridiculous luck. Of course, I still don't like Dream but for different reasons.
Honestly I have trouble believing him. If he only installed the mod on the server he uses for Manhunt, it wouldn't affect his client. The only reason it would is if he installed the mod on his own game too.
@qbgrindddd Only true for one of them. The one he is suing over doesn't look credible but the one he is ignoring looks very credible and faking the evidence would be hard to do since it was all on mobile, not desktop.
i fear that you think that these are fake speedruns attempting to look real, when they clearly aren't, they're just things people are making for fun, except for dream that guy was just fake af, while speedrunning and irl

For the first speedrun about the ender pearl trades, you can get multiple ender pearls from one gold ingot. But on a sidenote I think that speerunners need to put the seed with thier speedrun so people can check if the seed is valid.

you know, i use to think that maybe ayundaru got parodies of speedruns and not real speedruns to go over, but thats not why I watch, i watch for the commentary, humor and analysis, so i keep watching, but for me this video more or less proves me somewhat wrong, yeah some could be parodies, but its clear some of these people genuinely think they can get away with this stuff and pass for authentic, anyway, i always look forward to these videos, regardless of how ridiculous the speedruns are, keep up the amazing work

The guy at 7:00 is lithuanian and as a lithuanian I can tell you that it's 100% ironic. From the start the way he speaks makes it seem more like a joke to him, also "endermeno kiaušas" means "Endermans testicle".The "Dovana nuo Radžio" means "Gift from Radži" (Radži is a Lihuanian singer that has became a meme). So yea he isn't seriuos, also he said "come here i will give you a haircut" to the ender dragon. It's just full of national memes :>
11:46 I'll answer your question, I was watching a video a while back where someone tried to speedrun mc education, and got stuck because there was no portal room in the stronghold. This is because Mojang wanted to make sure that the learning aspect of mc edu is not lost because everyone just wants to try and beat the game. So they don't accept speedruns for MC edu only because you cannot finish a mc edu run without switching to creative and building a portal yourself. Otherwise, they would probably accept speedruns for mc edu because all the different types of speedruns are pretty much community driven.
For those who dont know: the aether portol was a wide spread and exstreamly old fake secret feture. (speaking from experence) Fooled many and also disapointed many. im not sure who started the whole aether thing but thats why its so possible.

I’m on Dream’s team for his speed run, he said in hi video labelled ‘The Truth’ that he was using a plug-in in the early stages of 1.16 whilst he experimented with the new features, and when it came to actually speedrunning that version, he simply forgot he had the plugin. I’ve seen Dreams video called ‘The Truth’, and after hearing about the pain he went through, I’m ready to defend him. Yes, his run was cheated, however it wasn’t known to him over time, as he said it was ‘a little bit of luck over a long period of time’
4:00 I really hate dream, but everything up to this point is genuinely possible with extreme luck. But I'm pretty sure he used a plugin to get better drop rates (I heard that in a youtube video, can't remember who from)

Dream actually admitted to cheating but said he did so unintentionally. Apparently, he used RNG manipulation mods for his Manhunt videos and the modder added singleplayer support despite him telling the modder not to. Assuming the mods wouldn't do anything in singleplayer, he speedran without disabling them first which led to his ridiculous luck. Of course, I still don't like Dream but for different reasons.
Honestly I have trouble believing him. If he only installed the mod on the server he uses for Manhunt, it wouldn't affect his client. The only reason it would is if he installed the mod on his own game too.
@Raven-2000 I'm not entirely sure anymore. I just know him cheating in Minecraft is definitely not the worst thing he's done.

For the first speedrun about the ender pearl trades, you can get multiple ender pearls from one gold ingot. But on a sidenote I think that speerunners need to put the seed with thier speedrun so people can check if the seed is valid.
I'm not defending Dream, but the seed doesn't tell you anything about ender pearl rates

you know, i use to think that maybe ayundaru got parodies of speedruns and not real speedruns to go over, but thats not why I watch, i watch for the commentary, humor and analysis, so i keep watching, but for me this video more or less proves me somewhat wrong, yeah some could be parodies, but its clear some of these people genuinely think they can get away with this stuff and pass for authentic, anyway, i always look forward to these videos, regardless of how ridiculous the speedruns are, keep up the amazing work

From the start the way he speaks makes it seem more like a joke to him, also "endermeno kiaušas" means "Endermans testicle".The "Dovana nuo Radžio" means "Gift from Radži" (Radži is a Lihuanian singer that has became a meme). So yea he isn't seriuos, also he said "come here i will give you a haircut" to the ender dragon. It's just full of national memes :>

11:46 I'll answer your question, I was watching a video a while back where someone tried to speedrun mc education, and got stuck because there was no portal room in the stronghold. This is because Mojang wanted to make sure that the learning aspect of mc edu is not lost because everyone just wants to try and beat the game. So they don't accept speedruns for MC edu only because you cannot finish a mc edu run without switching to creative and building a portal yourself. Otherwise, they would probably accept speedruns for mc edu because all the different types of speedruns are pretty much community driven.

I’m on Dream’s team for his speed run, he said in hi video labelled ‘The Truth’ that he was using a plug-in in the early stages of 1.16 whilst he experimented with the new features, and when it came to actually speedrunning that version, he simply forgot he had the plugin. I’ve seen Dreams video called ‘The Truth’, and after hearing about the pain he went through, I’m ready to defend him. Yes, his run was cheated, however it wasn’t known to him over time, as he said it was ‘a little bit of luck over a long period of time’
