- Yoon Soo-wan(Ku Hye-sun) and Park Dong-joo(Lee Sang-yoon) were each other's first loves, but were forced to separate due to painful family circumstances. Soo-wan, who had been blind, eventually undergoes an eye transplant surgery that restores her sight.

The father is weak. In his grief he abandoned his blind daughter and thought that if she got her sight back she will be happy with everything that he hand pick for her. The family Pack has done so much for his daughter he couldn't even let it be that she would be a part of the life of the son whose father saved her life and died trying to save his wife. A woman who became a second mother to her and on her death bed gave her the gift of sight and Pack who loved as she was and how she is with all her faults. The father is beyond selfish.
