those lakes are just insane bro. went there november 2nd, with say 1/8 of the total surface area of these ponds exposed. There were 30-50 brookies congregating, some were those bigguns. It was nuts, not to mention the recently spawned fish in the slackwater between ponds.

I been fishing body’s for water up along the platte river hike path
Most the water hasn’t froze at all
But can’t get anything to bite
I e throw minnows
Leaches
Blood worms
Wax worms
Crawlers
All types of lures
Only had luck with carp on the river
Never been ice fishing tho been itching to go
