    One of the hardest workouts I've done in recent memory. But will build up the stamina to get through non stop workouts! 💪🏻

    I felt like this format moved really fast and was super challenging! My arms were like jelly by the end. Always loved the no repeat workouts. My calorie burn was 263 total with an average heart rate of 125 using 10 pound
