How To Use A Rotary For A DSP Laser Controller Card That Doesn't Support on U axis

  • For the new DSP controller cards like our LightObject T9 or X7, or Ruida 6445G, I have requested for the manufacturer to convert the 4th axis (U axis for materials feeder) to rotary, but it may not be tuned for an older card like R6442 (R5) or AWC608. So, in today's video, I'll show you guys how to use the Y-axis to drive a rotary. It's a little complicated and it's not as convenient as the new DSP card, but at least you can make it work.

    Hi Marco, thanks for the video can you tell me if for RD6445G the firmware is ready to use with rotary? Thanks in advance.

      I was told by the programmer (From Ruida) that all our RD6445G is rotary ready. You know, it was me to press them (Ruida,Teocen, PH) to make change on the U axis for rotary 😁

      ​@@LightObject ok good, I need the instruction how to use the U axis because I try and it is not work for me, maybe I'm doing something wrong. I have Lightburn and RDworks, which one I have to use in order the U axis work. You can email me or DM the instruction.
