Great explanation! Just on the side, additional significance to Km is that the slope of Vmax:Km is steepest at that point, the intersection of Vmax and Km.

For the lineweaver burke plot Around 17:36 I don’t understand how decreasing the km would make the intercept shift left, if you decrease, wouldn’t it shift right? “Closer to zero”? Thank you
pH can have effects on kinetics of enzymes for sure, and if the equation is an acid-base equation then adding/reducing H+ would act like adding/reducing any other reactant so yes!

LWB plots 1/Km, so a smaller denominator would give a larger number, further from 0
I would think that PH can also have similar effects to how temperature will between both kinetics and equilibrium. Is that right?
