@@TerronBeckham 😂 I know you strong now man you always been strong but I think one time you were about 550 are a lot more I've been in the game a long time highest was 525 back in the days still a big dog six-foot-five 300 I have my own home gym about to be 47 but I love the weights and lifting them I do a lot of that old-school training but I added a lot of this new stuff to it keeps me level off I might try for Old Times Sake see if I can get 500 who knows we shall see but keep grinding I can honestly say I've been following you from day one I've got a couple videos you can check them out I was just messing around not into it like that more like a memory if you know what I mean but I'm 👀💪🙏

my genetics are complete ass and im capable of benching 400ish with trt @ 125mg , so im pretty sure its possible for a guy with beter genetics to hit 5 instead of 4 plates, being natty or low trt or whatever people call natty nowadays

Max pause 340, not impressive at all, but like I said, suggestions and possible approach to rebound from this nagging injury? I’ve done the chiropractor but for some reason it hasn’t helped. Do you think PT is a waste?
I respond a lot g doesn’t mean I won’t miss stuff.. also 340 pause is very impressive so destroy that thought process.. chiro isn’t going to help on a muscle issue you need to slowly progress back to full strength with strength training more so partial reps then half reps and full only if there is no pain. You got to tough it out and just chill though you can’t do too much too soon.
