- This is a patent newly invented hard shell rooftop tent which is used 2x ANT-52 linear actuator to open and close the tent easily. If need the whole tent, please contact our partner. Nice work! I like insulated plates over fabric for roof tents a lot.
But to be honest, I would actually prefer to raise / fold it up manually. Reliability, rate of failure and so on.
You don`t have something heavy here but if failing you have no plce to sleep or could destroy the whole thing if position switches (?) have malfunction.
Please understand we do not manufacture the whole tent, we just offer the electric scissors lift system for the tent manufactures. If you do need the electric lift system, please try to contact me.

you know it's expensive when they tell you to email them. haha but to be fair so long as it's not as expensive as Redtail Overland... a freaking car note for theirs

So the whole inside of the camper is exposed to the weather on 2 sides while opening. The Hiatus Campers are way better and faster.
Yeah I guess you shouldn’t open a pop top in a hurricane or major rain storm. the hiatus opens the short end walls first allowing a larger area for rain to enter.
Everything is exposed in hard shell pop up until they are fully loaded, so no problems for me
@@raynaivanova7969 with some hard shell pop ups that is the case, but some pop up and down with out ever exposing the interior to the weather. I'd prefer to have a great design instead of average. Materials cost the same so may as well have a better designed camper.

It’s cool but how heavy is it?
how much does it weigh? I suppose it is for a large vehicle, or to use it on the ground, because the luggage racks of common vehicles can only carry a maximum of 100 kg. My girlfriend weighs 55kg and I weigh 80k, there we already exceed the maximum load. This could affect the structure of the car.
Cool idea but what about the ends? Those didn't have any walls that came up or where shown.

That's a rooftop room. Does it come with floor access for pickup? How do the front and back fit on?

What's the mattress thickness, 3" or less is a fail...
This is great for camping , but by the time it gets fully raised , it’s the next morning
How are the people supposed to go inside? And why not try using gears and shafts instead of actuator and I have a feeling your going to place the gears and & shaft on the wrong positions. Dang wish I could show you. But I'm busy
That might get a little drafty with open ends.

Bro just use gas shocks with a release mechanism. Like trunk/hood shocks. Way easier, cheaper, and less to go wrong. Plus the thing will actually open up for you before the sun comes up.🤣
