While it was great to see Psylocke have an energy generated blade in the movie, which she does have in the comics, that’s an ability she had relatively late in her comic book history. She was initially more known for her psychic blade that could paralyze people. It would have been nice to have seen that used at least once.
She one of the coolest X-Men charather despite having a weird origin story. I wish Marvel do more action scenes with her she literally has the best superpowers.
Her origin story got significantly shorter in the comics at least. Since Betsy Braddock is in her British body and is Captain Britain now, the owner of the Japanese body that Betsy Braddock had been using is the "new" Psylocke. Same body, different backstory

I think the actress played psylocke in Xmen apocalypse was perfect for the role. Even the costume was on point.

I think his fighting style should be a mix of both he is very smart but at the same time he would be able to go "beast" but that wouldn't be the predominant fighting style for him. Beast is a very calm member of the Xmen and doesn't pop off as much as several others have he doesn't have outbursts etc
