Jessica Alba’s invincible woman was so pretty, I was obsessed. She embodied the character, the relationship with her brother was cute too. Wish she didn’t get exhausted so much after using force fields.

I honestly think that force fields are an underrated super power. You can basically recreate telekinesis with it and protect yourself from harm like fire, bullets, falling objects, etc. And if you get creative you can create solid energy constructs just like Green Lantern.

I love how we saw the development if Susan’s powers in the 2015 films. I think the filmmakers did a really good job of showcasing how the four struggled to cope with their powers at first, but then learned to master them.

The movie's downfall was in its final arc. The pacing was all over the place but overall it was a decent movie worthy of a sequel.

@@danilang3504There was suppose to be a whole battle with Doom after he built his castle and domain and there was a bigger final battle but it wasn’t approved by Fox and I think they had limited budget since they had huge names on the cast for the movie . i think Josh Trank the director mentioned it was suppose to be bigger .
The versatility of Susan Storm’s powers is so cool. Idk if it’s any different in comics but she has like stealth, defense, offense, and utility.

i love how the special effects were for her powers in the F4 & Silver Surfer movie. looked cool how her force fields look like water? i just wish they expanded a little more with her powers in Silver Surfer.

Tbh I think it would be more impactful if they just made her shields completely invisible in the next movie, as they are meant to be. Imagine a villain having no way to predict or avoid because they can't see it, or thinking he's hitting solid air, it's like that in the comics. Besides they can create an acoustic feedback with sound instead of blue energy, or they will just be making another Scarlet Witch with blue powers.

& the scene where she turned The Thing invisible while fighting Doom in the reboot.
She's one of the most powerful women in Marvel along with Storm, Captain Marvel and Scarlet Witch. Hopefully they showcase a lot more of her power in the 2025 film.

I remembered in the 2015 movie there was a deleted scene where Sue used her powers to destroy the pillars that were generating power to Doom's portal. I always found that scene to be so cool and really showed the veracity of her power.

Jessica Alba was the best invisible woman yet, even after everything she went through on set, she's still the best and I think she deserved another chance...

@@_Spectrum_288 She almost quit acting after silver surfer because she had to keep redoing the scene in which she is impaled and 'dies' as the director kept telling her to cry pretty, and that she didn't have to cry in that scene beacuse it made it look painful. he said they could add in tears with CGI later. That made her doubt herself as an actress.
Jessica, such an an amazing actress she did great in the movie.

Kate and Jessica hold a place in my heart, both are different iterations but still stay true to the character. I’m so interested with how the MCU is going to visualize her powers, I’ve always wanted to see Sue use her force fields as a surfboard, weapons, and semi-shapeshifting like in the comics. I do hope they give her powers a unique look that stands out from her other telekinetic peers such as Wanda, Jean, etc.
The visual effects in the first movie are great actually

The effects are best in the reboot and the first film. The silver surfer film, her powers lost that special blue hue. And her hair is so bad. It looks so heavy.

Jessica Alba embodied this role. She looked like Susan, sounded like Susan and just completely gave off the gentle, sweet, effeminate, maternal energy and vibe that Susan has. Jessica Alba was born to play the role of Susan Storm.

While Alba obviously got way more screentime, I do love Kate Mara’s blue comic book force fields. It’s a good way to distinguish the different eras. Same with Vanessa Kirby’s light refracting force fields.

She's better only in ways where she can be completely invisible without a scene of her having to take off her clothes.
I like how fluid Sue's powers look in Josh Trank's film. Too bad we hardly got to see it and she was drastically underused
one thing i like about sue is that she can be both support and offense character, she is very useful in any situation whether shielding her team or shooting force fields into the enemy and she is a great duo with johnny in terms of combining their powers.
they did Kate Mara so dirty in that 2015 mess, she had all the right tools to be a great Sue Storm because she's an amazing actor

She gets worn out so easily. I think that it would have been more effective if she only looked exhausted ten percent, instead of one hundred percent of the time.

It was more realistic to me, they haven't had their powers long, they have to grow into them, get better over time etc, and like that comment said she uses her entire body sometimes.
I presonall yfeel I think it is mo rerealistic tha tusing powers like that would make her exhausted because the human body isn' treally used t ohandling powers like what thes esuper heroes have. At theend o fthe day yes the yaresuper heroes but they are still human like the rest of us. Plus in tha tfirst film they ewre stil llearnin gabou tthei rpowers and just what they could do with them so unti lthe yfigured ou tthe w'hy' sand where's and what's they were always going to struggle a bit.
She'd be op and be doing the most work if she didnt get tires easily.

It’s crazy how much they tried to make Jessica look like a white woman with the blonde hair and the blue eyes

I think we can all agree that we’d love the next iteration of The Invisible Woman to not have a hernia and bend over in breathlessness everytime she remotely does something supernatural. It was the same with Jean back in the day.
Obviously she’s not as strong as Wanda but can we at least bridge the gap to make her in line with other female superheroes that can actually perform.

Invisible women should be able to fly by making an invisible force field on her body and control it and make her fly

Definitely Jessica Alba's Sue Storm seemed like the perfect match of actress and depiction of the original character at their start. I thought the casting was great all around. Storyline... fair..enough... but future ones could have been improved upon.

Jessica Alba is the best Sue. Nothing can beat her. She embodied the sassyness yet sophisticated Sue Storm character. The flaws of Fox F4 are they her blue contacts, Galactus crappy potrayal, and blend storyline iteration (this also applies to the X-Men saga as well). Despite all of that, Fox F4 is still the goat. All the casts done the job perfectly. Not that I don't feel grateful for Chris Evans's Capt Rogers. But he also nailed it as Johnny during the Fox F4.
Regarding the Disney new cast, i can see they're trying to adapt from classic comic issue same as the design aesthetic. I hope this doesn't give the new cast burden or expectation pressure to carry.
