Thanks for the video Rebel!
Connecticut sure has lots of treasures! I usually never leave a thrift without something! Can't wait to see your found treasures. Love the variety of sales here and learned a few new brand. So grateful for your videos.....thank you! 🌞
Love your honesty about your habits with the littlest….I tend to do the same, but I don’t have much of a profit pile…just the items that will take extra research or “not as fun”. Your honest words is encouraging to me to just tackle them.
I agree I have a hard time parting with things with crappy offers. I started taking them and telling myself I get to go shopping.! Take the money!
On mercari I found I do better on there when I have more listed. I don't worry about the shipping - customers will pay if if they want the item.
Mercari really did well in July for me and I am trying to get more stuff on there.
I learn so much from you. Thanks!
Welcome back! Glad you are rested and refreshed!
I can’t seem to relax while on vacation. I’m always trying to work on my reselling
I still worked some also. There is always something that needs dealt with.
Glad you made it back safe and sound!!
Hi ya. !¡! Glad you got away. I did too. My hs reunion. But yes. Need to pour it on w new listings. I revamped about half my listings. And also got rid of 50 items . Onwards everyone!!😊
As usual, another great video. Glad you found a truck full of goods! I’m excited to see what else you got! 💜
Thanks 2R! Love your haircut!
Amazing haul! So happy for you!!
Oh. And as always. Thanks for your time, video and enthusiasom,!!😊
Welcome back! Thanks!
I live in Houston and it still takes me an hour to get to the bins. Lol
I'm in the north Houston area and I've have yet to go to any of them. They're mostly in bad areas. Which one is your favorite location?
@@christinelanmon2852 I’ve been to all of them. The one on highway 6 doesn’t have good items. And the other ones are to rough. I will only go to the one on Longpoint. I know there’s one closer to where I live but, I don’t care.
@flippinwithamy3397 good to know. Thank you for the heads up. Greenpoint is the one closest to me, I'm in New Caney, and I wouldn't go over there unless I'm armed. Very dangerous area.
That hi bid sale is still the gift that keeps on giving! I remember when you won that sale! ❤❤❤
It sure was a great lot of vintage toys!
Dayton Ohio has a great Goodwill Outlet Bins. 8 rows of 4 big blue bins of hard goods, and 4 rows of 3 bins of clothes.
Had that Swing-a-way can opener growing up. Remember it mounted on the wall to the left of the sink.
I am about 45 minutes west of the bins in Bridgeton,Mo. I definitely am planning to go there soon.
Glad you had a great time on vacation!! It sounds like a wonderful sourcing trip!! Can't wait to see your finds!! ❤❤❤
We live in Altoona and love going to both the bins stores in Pittsburgh!
I often have to remind myself that I pay so little for things that even a lower offer is great profit.
Absolutely! Thanks!
Happy to have you back!
Great sale on the shoes. Congrats.
Thank you😊
Robert you are Funny! Thanks 2R!!
You should consider scrub tops. They usually sell around $10-$15, but most people know their brands they like. I’ve done well with those.
We will keep our eyes open for them.
Welcome home
Anyone else getting lots of ridiculously low offers? Less than 1/2 of the listing price on items that are competitively priced newly listed items?
Yes I just had one and I called out the buyer. They had offered on a teacup that I had on sale. The person also sold teacups so I countered and they declined. A day later she made me another offer of $1. I declined and told them I knew she was a seller and I didn't appreciate her games.
Yes!
Yes- same! And you counter and they come back with same or lower, crazy!
Yes getting really low ball offers too
I'm guessing the low bids are desperate resellers.. especially 1/2 price etc. they probably think your low on sales and will take anything..Wrong. 😊
So glad you had a great restful vacation. Looking forward to seeing the treasures you found!! Just wondering (not a criticism) why Robert doesn't list or at least cross list for you? I know some like to do everything themselves but it does take it's toll after a while.
I keep him very busy with lots of projects. He does the daily shipping and works on clothes (processing and pics), he also edits all the videos. Robert also homeschools RJ, does all the shopping and most of the cooking. Basically, he takes care of everything else so I can focus on reselling. He has started re-linking my listings back to list perfectly at the end of the day when I do end and sell similar. I enjoy listing and and cross listing and I am pretty quick with it.
About the hotel internet. I’ve found that even if you don’t use it your computer and phone constantly try to connect which slows everything down and nothing works right. When that happens I switch off WiFi and go exclusively cellular and Bluetooth. Works every time. Just remember to switch it back later. HTH
We will try that. Thanks!
Thank you. You are welcome
Enjoy your videos!
I’m on the eBay rollercoaster too
I have a office full of inventory! I'm scared of the shipping process lol I love the bins and I have 3 in my area (Sacramento). I love your videos. Do you have one on shipping? I need one!
You can do it. Pack things how you would like them shipped to you, but still being cost effective. I'll link a video below.
ruclips.net/video/IPQUyxmdoew/видео.html
@TheRebelReseller Thanks Rebel, you're the best!
Start listing the smallest items- listing the first 20 will take the longest and start w low prices to get things selling. Don’t worry- probably will only have 2 items to ship each week and that will build your shipping confidence. After you have listed the first 20 items will be much easier and faster to list!!! Shipping small items is easy! 😊
If you have broad categories of items, try to batch them so you do all the shirts together, all the plush together, etc. As you figure out the shipping on the first ones, that makes the others in that category much easier.
I would love to see Ebays traffic reports by category. I sell tons of silverware. My sales don't seem to have a pattern. I'm sure you know what I mean. One week sales are all on Tuesday, another on Monday, another on Friday from 9 to 11 am. I would offer a special discount or Flash sale during peak hours if I knew when they were likely to occur.
More like Mr. Toad wild ride!
What bins did you go to in Pittsburgh? North Versailles?
We went to the one in North Versailles.
I think your stuff is priced cheap. I would never dream of asking for a lower price. I may ask if possible combine shipping on multiple items order.
I appreciate your support. I always combine shipping and return the difference. Thanks!
I go to two different bins both are just about and hour away from me.
That would be nice!
Where is the goodwill bins in west Va?
Morgantown.
eBay has updated stuff and no views on my items at all no sales uggh frustrating eBay
😊
🌞
😀
I have 4 bins close less than 45 minutes from home 3 of them Goodwill bins. I only went one time and I didn’t know where start and got overwhelmed. I have seen some people with gloves in RUclips . Should I take gloves, a Bag or something else? My husband say that I am gonna get an skin illness to search between dirty stuff, Is that true?
If you're nervous, start in a bin with nobody else or only a couple people. Dig around in it and see what you can find. Most people are polite there. Some people wear gloves, but we don't. Sometimes we find things that are wet and don't want to put them in our bags of stuff that we buy. That could cause everything to get mold and mildew. It's a personal decision that everybody has to decide for themselves. Make sure to wash your hands when you leave. We keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in truck.
@@TheRebelResellerthank you good idea 😊
