My point is, for those who want to live that lifestyle of eating six meals a day, train hard, and use gear, there’s nothing wrong with that. (Assuming your markers are good.) But there is a certain window where that’s going to close where you need to let that lifestyle go, given it’s unnecessary to Live that lifestyle when you’re well over 50. Risk v.s. Reward. There not accurate at all. There is a company called Labmax that has been around for years they were really popular on the forums about 10 years ago. Hear that failed labmax passed hplc testing. These test kits are a form of reagent testing which is notoriously inaccurate and cannot be used in court. Hplc testing must be done. These type of kits are used to identify all types of drugs. I have some products that are 4 -5 years old and bloodwork is still the same as it was when first purchased. The other option is to buy raw powder and have it tested to verify purity. The body has limited protein accrual. Myostatin shuts off the muscle building and let's other formations occur, such as tendons and other collagen structures. In studies with myostatin blockers, the study subjects start bleeding from their tongue and gums. Steroids are a myostatin blocker of sorts and we know they cease the building of tendon and connective tissue in favor of muscular proteins. Ronnie Coleman is a good example of what would happen if you blocked myostatin. You would have large muscles and no intravertebral discs.
Well, that’s kind of subjective. Because myostatin obviously ranges differently for everybody genetically. Lee Priest was also believed to have produced very little myostatin, given his large muscle groups and he could hold AND put on muscle easily. Even his hands are built like clubs. (Which is a known tendency with males who produce low myostatin.)
