I saw guys wearing two belts during heavy squats , I did my 300 for ten to parallel with one ☝️ belt my belt would have gotten thinner / good 👍 in shape faster had I used two belts had strawberries sugared walnuts Blue cheese and balsamic brown sugar and some greek tabouille salad had a bodybuilding shake May ride my bike back to the store for whey protein and bottled water 💧 train hard!
