Any match with a Raganork is AWESOME.... but man the aiming and choices where to fire made me feel better bout myself :) ... to be fair they probably had no scouting so they did well enough to win. I just wouldve aimed for Red IMMEDIATELY.

I had to stop playing Glitters. Every game back line sleeps until front is dead, and canyon always has the lowest is players and gets t3 rushed. Such a lame map with artillery spam.
Grew tired of it too. And it's always high open skill players in juicy spots who blame canyon. I mean, if you are so good, why didn't push your side earlier??
NA glitters lobbies are the worst, this map should only have 1 techer but NA lobbies are trash afk gameplay

There was a RUclipsr that this strat all the time when I just found out about BAR (about a year ago).
Pretty sure he got a bit of a bad rep for bringing in new players who only went hard eco.
Was that drongo? He seems to have given up on bar which is kind of sad. Even if people gave him shit he made decent stuff.

Agree that he made decent content. It wouldn't surprise me if at least a handful of current players were brought in by his videos back then.

To be fair, Drongo did start to play and support Frontline. But by that time the whole community became hostile towards him. He seemed like a brilliant meta gamer and he fully understood the game mechanics and eccoing. His builds were insanely technical and OCD.
He could also actively narrate his game and meta strategy, while playing which I feel not many can do.
Drongo is big in the AoE scene, I found him from his AoE3 videos, he's doing Age of Mythology Retold stuff right now. I think he was only doing BAR while AoE4 was not in good shape a while back. He always talks about how he loves TA though, I wouldn't be surprised if he made some more BAR videos at some point. Maybe when Legion is officially added.

I've noticed recently that I always volume up your vids like 20%. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the volume was the same as rest of youtube

Probably because we don't want a culture where a player throws the game by destroying friendlies after losing one fight. People die in every game, and it might not be obvious to everyone if the game is 'basically over'.
If it was a noob lobby, the two high OS players teaming up against the lone low OS player was just bad sportsmanship. That will keep preventing the game from growing if new players are obliterated so early and so harshly. Very rarely will a new player put up with it to keep playing.

tell the low OS player not to spawn opposite the High OS players before game start then.

Well, this Rag all in Eco build is only good if your team wins 7v8 for 25 mins
this is dead weight until your teammates already craft themselves an advantage over the opponent
In other words, you contribute to end the game, not to win it
Well, someone has to end it.
ecos job is to get to the win con, everyone elses job at the very least is to hold front until eco comes online, 25 min rag is a really early win con compared to most other game
