I have a more recent one, black and red. Had green ones before, best headset ever owned so far. No the most recent ones stopped charging, seems to be connector issue.
I have the same issue, it used to work but it doesn't charge anymore. Seems like a bunch of people have run into this issue and some have solved it by doing a reset (holding several buttons at the same time for 10 secs). Didn't work for me though
I got two new ones 5 years ago one blue the other yellow i used the yellow so much and the blue one still new ok now how do you explain that both die same time same day no charging both when one still new . Maybe battery expired or the company programs the devices to shutdown and don't work to buy a new pair over and over
My blue ones were the best and I just lost them after 6 years. I have purchased a yellow set and the flashing red light on mine indicates that the battery won’t hold a charge. The new device won’t even turn on!!! Ticked off but hoping there is a solution
Having the same issue cannot charge and cannot on. Damn it Plantronics. Pls be responsible to your customer. Come out good quality product, don't cheat us as your consumer.
I also bought the Blue and stop working after a year. Then bought the green and now won’t charge, it just keeps on flashing red but not charging at all. Will not buy this brand ever again!!!
It os not about the color bit about the product. I have the red one and I’m facing the same issue after 16-18 months it just stopped working. Reached out to Plantronics (now Poly) and what I got was “sorry but it is out of warranty, nothing we (Poly) can do”. Ridiculous.

have you tried charging it with phone charger? I have blue one and It doesn't charge if you connect it to laptop, but it works with phone charger...
His point is don't buy the blue ones just bout them and I'm having the same problem

So return them, they're electronics, sometimes things go wrong. Not sure what your point is here?
NOPE GOT THE FUCKING BLUE ONES TOO THEY DONT WORK, ITS HORRIBLE
Sometimes? It’s a common issue with these earphones. I used it only 3 times and it stopped working.
Point is don't buy them
