I do worry that viewers might think its OK to collect all kinds of frogs to eat, but some are now threatened with extinction including those Limnonectes macrocephalus that was served to you, protected under RA9147, so I hope you would add a cautionary note to preserve both culture and biodiversity. Yes even the Bayuko or Helical snails (Ryssota) is now becoming rare. Sustainable use is needed.
