Meet the artists behind timber towers, cardboard portraits and bronze cast vegetable boxes, featured in this year’s Summer Exhibition.
We spoke to them about their art on Non-Members Varnishing Day, the annual celebration of artists with work in the show.
The Summer Exhibition has run annually since 1769, and this year has over 1,600 works on show.

Reminds me of the exhibition in the movie Mr. Turner. Was that shot in the same building?
