Now, “Drake & Josh” star Drake Bell is sharing publicly for the first time his story of being a victim of sexual abuse by his former dialect coach Brian Peck. The revelations are part of a two-night docuseries, “Quiet on the Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV,” which airs March 17 and 18 on ID.

I feel so bad for Drake Bell. He had some problems of his own getting arrested for child endangerment a few years ago, but all of the trauma that he had been through is heartbreaking. I hope he finds a way to heal and get the help he deserves.

The girl herself lied and contradicted herself in what she was saying during the hearing, she kept changing and switching up her story not even keeping it consistent on what he "did" to her.
She also had stalked his social media pages, his concerts using a fake ID to get in, and also stalked his wife Janet's social medias to as well in which Janet confirmed that she did. She was pretty much jealous of his wife and obsessed with him but when he wasn't given her the attention she wanted, that's how she retaliated against him and decided to cry rape and to get him into all of this trouble. And it doesn't help how the tea channels, news article headlines, and most people on the internet think he's the bad guy when in reality that's not the case. The girl is crazy and mental but not alot of people see that sadly. I just hope Drake will recover and such from this and will hopefully win people back.

The "fan" had also stalked Drake in real life to when she used fake IDs to get into his concerts, and she kept on contradicting her own self in court and kept switching up and changing her story a couple of times and not keeping it consistent, ontop of that her former friend literally said that the "fan" outright lied about Drake "raping" her in the hotel room on the night where her and her aunt was in the room.
Only to find out that what Drake was actually doing was combing his hair in the bedroom whilst the Aunt and the "fan" were sitting on the bed watching him comb his hair. She outright set out to ruin his life all because he didn't give her attention and didn't want her. She was obsessed with him and wanted him. But yet people don't see the truth, the media, the tea channels, and everyone else that are gullible to swallow whatever they say, they twist and manipulate the story into saying that he's the one in the wrong. When in reality the girl is crazy and mental. But not alot of people see that sadly.

It sucks what happened to Drake but we have to be careful that in empathizing with Drake we do not become the people on the other side of the courtroom supporting the abuser. You can support Drake against Peck while at the same time condemning his actions with that young fan. If everyone abandons her to support Drake then the cycle continues. Again if you have a credible source that she indeed lied then that changes what I just said.

i was born in 2009 and watching these shows as a kid always made me uncomfortable but i never knew why. i would always watch the shows alone marking sure my parents wouldn’t see because i knew they would be uncomfortable too. my little self’s guy was telling me something was wrong but i always ignored it. now that i’m older and realizing what happened i’m proud of my younger self for recognizing something was wrong. if i could go back and change what i did i would trust my gut and stop watching the shows.
I was 11 years old when u were born. I literally grew up watching Disney Channel instead cuz the shows on Nick made my mom uncomfortable. My mom was right the entire time too. I’m sure Disney Channel has secrets of their own too but Disney has WAY more money to cover it up instead of Nick.

Drake Bell, one of the beloved stars of The Amanda Show, Drake and Josh, and Superhero Movie explains in more detail about the sexual abuse he suffered from a dialogue coach named Brian Peck. This incident occurred back in 2001 when Drake was 15 years old.
According to Drake, Brian manipulated him to believe that Drake’s dad was interfering with his success. This gave more time for Brian to spend with Drake. Brian even wanted to play Drake’s stepfather Walter Nichols on Drake and Josh before Drake spoke up to his mom about what Brian did to him and Drake’s mom made sure Brian was arrested.
As an 11 year-old kid, I loved watching The Amanda Show, Drake and Josh, and Zoey 101, I was so naïve and inexperienced, it never occurred to me that Drake was suffering mentally and emotionally while he was starring in a show that made me laugh.
This tragic story is one of the reasons why my family is disappointed that I’m getting a Bachelor’s Degree in Film. The devil knows where to hide around every corner. It doesn’t matter how glamorous that location can look like. The reality here is that I have to trust the lord, I shouldn’t depend on just what I know. I have to think what he wants for me as I take my next step and he will help me go the right way.
Ever since I was 13 years old, I felt envious when I saw young teens on Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and other movies. I was born with Cerebral Palsy. I use a posture control Kaye walker and a Rovi x3 power wheelchair for mobility. I figured having a small acting career on Nickelodeon or Disney Channel could help improve my social practice and inclusion. My high school refused to make accommodations for me to take acting classes. Now I understand why my mom and the majority of my family was so hesitant about paying for my classes and my headshots. I'm 29 years old. I’m currently finishing up my Bachelor’s Degree in Film at Bridgewater State University by this Christmas. If I was 13 again, I would sign with Disney Channel over Nickelodeon.

An agent talks a good game, promising money and fame in return to "borrow" these children, and weak money hungry parents sign their children over. Some parents know what goes on behind the scenes, and some don't. These child stars are manipulated, brainwashed, and the predators stop at nothing to get into their parents heads, keeping these children trapped in these sick situations. Hollywood is nothing but a trafficking ring for the rich and famous.

Drake Bell was ecstatic when he first heard about this doc being produced. He knew he would be able to shift our focus from him being a predator of children, to him being a victim of a predator of children.
The fact that he would do this to another person, after his own horrific experience as a child, says all I need to know about this guy.
It is a cycle of abuse. Not ok but it explains the why. He is allowed to speak on his own past despite his adult actions . I think we can feel for his younger self and hate the fact that he engaged with a minor via text. I honestly think he got off light and deserved some jail time at least. We shouldn’t sweep his actions under a rug and we shouldn’t dismiss what happened to him. Plus drake sadly wan’t the only one failed by Nick.

This is really crazy; if you look at the background of the beginning of actors like Corey Haim and Corey Feldman. What was Hollywood doing back then.
